Damaged my expensive Impressions vanity among several other pieces of furniture, put a huge hole in the grass, charged me for insurance which covered none of the damages, and sent me a goodwill release of liability letter. When I complained, they claimed they would pick up and repair 2 of the 5 items months later but ghosted me and never responded to schedule the repair. Horrible experience definitely wouldn't recommend any trust this company with their belongings."

"From the beginning Chuck and his team were professional and courteous. Chuck came to my home to estimate the job and on move day they arrived with adequate people and trucks to complete the job. Once I knew the best way to communicate with Chuck, via cell phone, he was very responsive to my class and questions. My issues with the move was that they appeared rushed once the furniture was delivered to the new house and they were unpacking and setting up beds, etc. And I had asked Chuck to arrange people to come help with packing, which he did, but what did not happen was the packers were not scheduled for a pre-visit to estimate this part of the job so that we would know what type and how much packing materials the packers would need. It was fortunate that my husband has access to boxes, tape, and bubble wrap with his business. Otherwise, this would have been a big problem. Having said this, I would still recommend Chuck’s company to friends and family and use him again if the need arose."

"I hired J&J VIP Movers to move me on 3/21/25 for a 1 bdrm apartment move within the same apt complex. Initially, Jason was professional and helpful, and answered all my questions. He even provided an excellent reference. I emphasized that 75% of my furniture was less than 2 months old, and I wanted 3-4 movers. However, on the day of the move, Jason, didn't answer the phone until 9 mins before my scheduled move. I wasn't sure they would show up until they arrived. I was given 2 movers instead of the agreed upon 3 movers. And because of the way things were handled, I ended up having to contract the movers and accept the liability for my move. At the end of the day, my move was not a priority. Thankfully, the day turned out OK, and I got some exercise since I had to move some things myself. Jason made a stressful day, even more stressful. He may be VIP, but he was not VIP for me."

"Do NOT use this moving company. We hired them on Oct 3 for a full-service move (furniture wrapping, disassembly/reassembly, TV take down and re-mount). It?s now over a month later and we are still finding damage. They did not wrap furniture until after it was moved, scratching walls. They lost screws to our guest bed and reassembled it with random hardware. Our 75? TV was damaged, and we are fairly sure they knew, as they brought it in still wrapped and said nothing. The TV mount tech (who was here mounting four TVs and a projector) was the one who discovered the damage and contacted the owner. We later realized our primary bed was also missing screws, causing back pain. A bedroom door was damaged as well. The owner never reached out. When we contacted him a week later, he added the movers to the text thread. One mover said: ?I?m not gonna lie to you bro, stop talking to me about this move. Gave the money I made back. I got nothing left for them.? Unprofessional and unacceptable. "
