After hearing about your mirror we scheduled a repair guy to repair it on your first day of availability. As far as the refrigerator, company policy states that we do not disassemble refrigerator doors that have ice maker and water dispensers due to liability issues. We are sorry that our movers couldn't fit it into your home. They did everything within reason, but the door passage way in your home are too small for a refrigerator of that size. Our number one goal in every move is to have a damage and stress free move. We do sincerely apologize for your move being anything other than perfect and we do appreciate your feedback because it helps us to become a better company. Based on the size of your home and the distance traveled to your new home we knew that it was a possibility that a second trip would be needed. But, a 2nd truck would not be cost effective because of the short distance. Based on the number of calls we receive daily we need at least a month window to schedule a in home estimate with each potential customer and when it's a short notice we have to gather all the information needed to make an informed decision that is beneficial for the customer and our movers.
