J&J VIP Movers

I hired J&J VIP Movers to move me on 3/21/25 for a 1 bdrm apartment move within the same apt complex. Initially, Jason was professional and helpful, and answered all my questions. He even provided an excellent reference. I emphasized that 75% of my furniture was less than 2 months old, and I wanted 3-4 movers. However, on the day of the move, Jason, didn't answer the phone until 9 mins before my scheduled move. I wasn't sure they would show up until they arrived. I was given 2 movers instead of the agreed upon 3 movers. And because of the way things were handled, I ended up having to contract the movers and accept the liability for my move. At the end of the day, my move was not a priority. Thankfully, the day turned out OK, and I got some exercise since I had to move some things myself. Jason made a stressful day, even more stressful. He may be VIP, but he was not VIP for me.

It went with ease packing and moving. There was only 1 box of over 900 that was moved from our keep to storage. They were very efficient and caring of our belongings. Jason and Jennifer lead Alex and Marco’s like they’d worked together as a team for years. They were very friendly, kind, and sincerely cared. Jason and Jennifer made the stress of our move peaceful. I will be requesting them on our next move! Thank you both so much for making it easy on us!

Excellent very professional & efficient

J & J Movers did an excellent job on our move. They were on time, and were very hard working all day. They were very careful with every box and piece of furniture. And all the gentlemen were very polite and respectful to us all, all day.

They were amazing! The team went above and beyond to help me move. I can not recommend them enough. If I had to rate out of 5 stars, I would give them 10. I had an emergency situation and Jason worked with me on price and scheduling. Tony and James were super professional and so incredibly helpful with my move. They went way above and beyond! I will never use another moving service.

Jason and his crew did a great job moving my belongings from storage to my new townhome. They were professional, efficient and fun to work with. They were careful and conscious about moving my belongings - they take pride in what they do! They made sure my furniture was put in the correct rooms and set up bedroom furniture for me- even hooked up my washing machine & dryer! J & J Moving team: Thank you for your excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend them for your move.

The moving guys were very nice and quick. They never complained even when the elevator went out for 30 minutes they used the stairway without a frown.

Jason and his team rescued me from another company that was a complete disaster! They reorganized and professionally and effeciently got me relocated to my satisfaction. I very highly recommend this company for your local or long distance moving needs. I wish I had searched Angie’s List and found them from the beginning! Call Jason! I promise you won’t regret it!!!

Absolutely wonderful I can not say enough positive annotations about this company . Preston Tony & Bobby were all just EPIC. After dealing with one horrible company THEY CAME in LIKE HEROS !!! Totally Stellar work. Not only did they do their job with PREFECTION but we gaind friends as well . I would 100% recommend them to any one . Never have I seen movers be so careful with the items they handled.

This was a big move for my family and J & J Moving did a fantastic job. This is a 5 bedroom house with basement and all the stress that comes with this big a move. They were onetime, professional, personable and I really appreciate the experience. Jason, Jennifer, Jordan, Tony, Preston and Victor did a **** of a job. Jason & Preston were a great team working together. They were punctual and professional and did a tremendous job picking up furniture at two locations for delivery to my home. These folks are wonderful! They turned around a difficult move situation in one day and worked harder and faster than I've ever seen, even having moved with professionals three times now. I highly recommend them for their friendliness and professionalism.

Jay & Jay was amazing! Even though I gave them the wrong piano style. They still moved my 800 pound Kimball up about 6 flights of stairs. They took their time got the job done with a great attitude. Definitely recommend these guys! I played them a little tune when we were finished and they were so sweet! Choose Jay & Jay!
