This was the best experiences that I've ever had in a move. I just would not have made it without them. It was as close to perfect as it gets! I have a piano that needed to be moved. Because the legs were unstable, the guys didn't want to move it. They explained the risk to me. I accepted the risk and was not upset when one leg actually broke. Absolutely the best team ever!

Erik Mjorud and American Eagle Relocation Services were referred to us by a friend. We set up a time for Erik to visit our house and review the size of the house and its contents for packing and moving. Erik was on time for our appointment and was very thorough. His estimate was well below what other companies had quoted us. We agreed on the dates for the move; over the next few weeks, Erik was always available for further questions and information via email. On the day scheduled for packing, Andrew, Hugo, Chris and several other employees of the company came to our house promptly at 9:00 a.m. They had all their supplies (high quality, sturdy boxes and white packing paper). After walking through the house with me, the men got to work packing up each room. They were friendly but professional and very fast. One employee came by our house during the day just to build the crates for our marble dresser tops. They waited to pack up our kitchen until moving day so we would be able to have dinner and breakfast, which was a big help. The next day was moving day and they all showed up again right on time. One employee begin packing up the kitchen, while the other employees began moving items around to stack in the truck. Again, everyone was friendly but professional and fast. The loading/packing went quickly and I observed that all the employees handled our items with great care. By the end of the day, everything was loaded. We weren't moving into our new house until the following week, so Andrew and the others took the trucks to store them at their warehouse. 
On move in day I was contacted by Andrew about a half hour before our agreed upon move in time; they'd already arrived in town and had just finished lunch. We all arrived at our new house right on time. Again, after a quick walk through to establish where items would be placed, the employees got to work. Everything went smoothly and quickly and we were soon sitting in our new place with boxes all around. Everything that the movers had taken apart, they put back together (beds, exercise equipment, dressers, etc.). Additionally, after placing large furniture pieces where we asked, Andrew and his crew finished up by centering the furniture for us on walls and near plugs. 
I am now in the midst of unpacking all our items. Not one single thing has been broken! All my plates, glasses, etc., were securely wrapped - I am very impressed!
I can't say enough about how terrific American Eagle Relocation Services was for our move. Erik was great on providing support while Andrew and the crew made us feel as though we were in good hands (we were!).
