Russell was absolutely amazing, curtous and incredibly professional. He completely tuned, lubricated and made adjustments to a piano that was in desperate need of attention (after having been in storage for over 20 years).  He was able to bring my late Grandfathers Piano back to life; and what small price to pay to play and hear tones that allow me to re-connect with my past...

I am a piano teacher, and Russell is the finest tuner-technician I have ever come across.  He is professional, prompt, and does a top-notch job ... plus he is a really nice guy!  I don't use any other tuners anymore, because Russell does such a fine job.
