From the beginning Chuck and his team were professional and courteous. Chuck came to my home to estimate the job and on move day they arrived with adequate people and trucks to complete the job. Once I knew the best way to communicate with Chuck, via cell phone, he was very responsive to my class and questions. My issues with the move was that they appeared rushed once the furniture was delivered to the new house and they were unpacking and setting up beds, etc. And I had asked Chuck to arrange people to come help with packing, which he did, but what did not happen was the packers were not scheduled for a pre-visit to estimate this part of the job so that we would know what type and how much packing materials the packers would need. It was fortunate that my husband has access to boxes, tape, and bubble wrap with his business. Otherwise, this would have been a big problem. Having said this, I would still recommend Chuck’s company to friends and family and use him again if the need arose.

Chucks crew did a great job. They were right on time and didn't break, or scratch a thing. We're going to use them for when we move from the apt. to our new home 60 miles away.

Chuck's guys worked very hard and it was a difficult move due to the amount of stuff that was to be moved. The only problem is that they had difficulty getting some furniture to fit up the stairs which resulted in a lot of smudges and other marks on the wall and ceiling. I would give them an A if it wasn't for all the marks on the wall. The men worked very hard and overall it was a good experience.

They took great care with the furniture and very professional in their approach. the crew was right on time with our prearranged time. They worked very efficiently. All they furniture arrived intact. Prices were very competitive. We would definitely use them again for any moves, large or small. They are the best!

I found Chuck here through Angie's List and I was 100% pleased with the service. Chuck came out to my home to look at everything that needed to be moved then provided an estimate. When the day arrived his team showed up on time and ready to work. They took the time to ensure all my big items were wrapped in plastic and/our covered before placing it on the truck. When we arrived at our new location they were just as quick unloading as they were packing it all. On top of that no signs of damage to any of the furniture and no missing items. This was the first time I have ever hired movers so I was a little thrown back by the cost, but his quote was on pair with the others I received. The big selling point for me was that Chuck himself actually came out to give the quote. All other estimates I received were from companies that had me fill out a form with all my items that needed to be moved. Would absolutely rehire for a future move if needed.

It went great! The initial two men could not figure out if they could get this extremely large desk up my stairs plus make a turn. They called Chuck who personally came out, they worked out how to get it in the house, and everything moved really quickly then. Because of the complications involved, I knew I would pay more than originally estimated, but it was very reasonable and worth the expense. The desk is built like an upright piano, but larger. The original estimate was $260 and I ended up paying $300. I was very pleased with Chuck and his crew. Thanks Chuck, my animation student is going to love being able to work on the desk!!

5 men showed up and worked very hard to get everything loaded onto trucks. As they came into the house all the men introduced themselves and shook my hand. A real plus in my opinion and professional. I will use them again when I move into my new home.My furniture and other items was taken 2 miles from my house to a storage facility.
