Ader Property Inspection

Tim was everything I needed for my property inspection. He was courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, and answered every question I had. He took the time to address all my concerns and explain various regional construction methods and issues without ever appearing frustrated or condescending. Truly a unicorn.

Ader Inspection was very efficient and completed inspection in a timely manner. Inspection report was very thorough and detailed-including photos of items to be repaired. The realtor was also very impressed with the quality of the report and would recommend his services.

Tim Ader is a man of quality and integrity with an eye for attention to detail. He is kind, dependable, thorough and professional. Tim inspected a property that I intended to purchase and he found many issues that were not revealed to me on a disclosure report from a realtor. Had I purchased this home, without hiring him independently of a realtor's referral, I feel that I would have purchased it and completely regretted it. The house had many hidden defects and these were made known to me ONLY through his inspection. His fee is very reasonable. I would have put my life savings into a house that needed thousands of dollars worth of repairs which would have left me without a house to live in and no money to repair. The realtor's sure weren't looking out for me but you can be sure that Tim Ader was! He was a blessing to me and my family. I am so grateful to him and will definitely hire him to do the next inspection on any home I might try to buy.

Tim helped us out tremendously! This was my first new construction and Tim was able to spot issues that were missed much both myself and the contractors, prior to me paying their final completion check.
