Before pressure washing he took the time to pre-treat problem areas. The community front entrance as well as a large brick retaining wall were black with mold and algae, but after being pre-treated and pressure washed they look brand new. The buildings look marvelous as well. After they finished cleaning the gutters on my townhome they did a great job of cleaning up; my backyard patio was spotless. Jeff aims to please and he is very conscientious. For example, at the request of a homeowner in my condo complex, Jeff took special care to pressure wash around a bird’s nest that was high up on the homeowner’s chimney to make sure the eggs were not disturbed and the nest was left intact. Shinetime does a high-quality job and takes special care to meet his customers’ needs. I highly recommend Shinetime and Jeff Johnson. I hope they can come back to our condo neighborhood next year."
