A new unit was ultimately installed only to find out it demonstrated the exact same problem the first unit demonstrated, which they concluded the problem was NOT the unit itself, rather the Atlanta Gaslight meter had malfunctioned, supplying an inadequate supply of gas, causing the unit to shut down. So, presumably, the original unit was not at fault but this determination was made only AFTER the new unit was purchased and installed. The company did issue a credit from the first visit, applied to the purchase price of the second unit and provided a 5 year warranty on the new unit instead of the usual one year warranty. They also included a one time annual service call at no charge."
