AJ was great! We bought our house roughly 5 years ago and recently in last two months when it heavily rained it would cause our toilets to gargle. Turns out the old owners did not put the correct T pipe attachment on when they last serviced the house. This piece was crucial to proper drainage. AJ Took the time to explain this thoroughly and even took a picture of it so I did not have to get down in the hole myself to see it. Customer service is key to any business and AJ did a fabulous job all around. Efficiency, explaining, speaking, etc. I will be using you guys in the future and if AJ is still hanging around by the time I need service again I’ll specifically be requesting him. Thanks guys for leading the way for all blue collars workers!

So, a couple of months ago, our septic system was occasionally backing up. The system is about 30 years old---I called several companies that service north Gwinnett; this company was the best in terms of experience and professionalism. Steve and Amanda your initial contact people (with a nod to Alan from the past); and they walked us through the analysis and process of what was to be a new drainfield. So that you know, that if you have to do this, it will take some weeks to make it happen, because there needs to be an official soil sample and then a review by the County at beginning and end; this team of people walked me through my options and helped to set up these inspections, and eventually they sent out a team to do the work: ask for Joseph. Again, all of these people spent the time to go into details and options. The work took about 6 hours, the mounds of red clay were smoothed out, and now good to go for another 30 years likely. Their prices were competitive with all the other bids I got---because yes this is not inexpensive as you might imagine. If you have an old system, be proactive or you may pay much much more if you wait. Great company.

Great worked with a Phillip to get scheduled. Their tech Alan was very professional and went above and beyond to pump our tank and clear the lines to get us flowing again after years of not pumping. Was a little tricky digging as back deck was partially covering the buried tank. Alan was super careful exposing the tank opening. Highly recommend

Our septic system installed nearly 40 years ago. Sewage coming up in yard over tank so worried about system failure and tens of thousands to replace field. Jamie came to evaluate and give ideas and estimate. He was awesome, told us his thoughts, detailed exactly what he'd do, and gave us a cost. Other companies came, very vague on what they'd do, one wouldn't give an idea of what might cost. The day Jamie came, I watched him, he did exactly what he said he'd do. I looked into the hole before he backfilled... I feel confident we won't have an anothe issue as long as we live here. THANK YOU!!

Great! Nick and Jamie responded quickly on short notice. We couldn’t flush the toilets and thought septic tank needed pumping. The guys showed us everything going on: pine roots were growing in and creating the clog. They sealed it with concrete to prevent further root intrusion and guarantee it. The ground where they dug up looks smooth and flat. I’ll tell anyone needing septic service about them!

I needed to have the tank pumped and cleaned as part of the recommended maintenance. I was concerned about being "ripped off" and being charged additional fees or being told I would need additional work on the system. I researched the various companies doing septic work in the area. I selected this company based on the ratings and information provided via the website. When I scheduled the service I spoke with the owner who provided some additional information that was straightforward. On the day of the service the technicians arrived on time, actually a little early and they called before they arrived. I had requested that they dig up the soil by hand rather than with a tractor, which they did. The technicians were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and why. There was no attempt to sell me anything. I was pleased with the response and scheduling, the technicians who performed the work, replacing the dirt back over the covers (clean up), and the price was as quoted, there were no hidden charges. They left a clean work area. I was very pleased and will use them again, as well as recommend them to my neighbors.

Septic was pumped because it just needed to be. Our technician was fantastic. He was able to find an issue with one of the lines, ensured it was fixed properly and arranged all of our dirt back. The work was fast and they left the area better than they found it.

I called Septic Service Pro's and on a Thursday at 2 PM and the technician was on the jobsite the next morning to complete the quote and repair. The technician Mike was very nice and contacted me as soon as he arrived on site. Although I was not able to meet him on site he called me and we discussed the repair and cost involved over the phone. He was nice enough to take pictures of the damaged pipe and the repair once completed so I know it was handled. I asked for and received a 10% discount off the total price for the repair of $350. I will use them again in the future.

I called Mr Wallace on a Sunday afternoon after seeing a great deal of standing water above where the septic tank is located. I also had washed a load of laundry and when the machine was finishing the rinse cycle, the water came back out of the drain. These were both signals to me that the septic tank was full or clogged. Mr Wallace was both knowledgeable and very kind. He took the time to speak with me about cause and solution. He scheduled me right away for a free estimate. His staff members Mike and Shane arrived right on time and accessed the situation. They were very knowledgeable and also explained what needed to be done. They worked quickly and cleaned up after they finished. I did call several companies and was quoted 6,000.00 by one company that without even looking at the tank wanted to replace the fill lines. I knew after speaking with Mr Wallace, I had found the right person to do business with from now on. If you want a company to do business with that you can trust, this is the one. I would recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation. Thank you men for a job well done.

Our pump failed over the weekend, and my husband wanted it fixed ASAP.  I called my first pick, but he was booked until Wednesday. Several other companies could not come out at all until weeks later. Finally, I found Septic Service Pro, and they agreed to send out a team late in the day.
The team called to say they were running behind schedule, but then arrived even later than the new estimate. We were just grateful they came out at all (after facing traffic, then having engine trouble on the highway). They got there around 7pm or so and worked very hard until 10pm, I think.
They drained the tank, installed a nice quality pump, and closed back up the hole. They advised us also on how to hook up the electricity so as to not void the pump warranty.
The one area they fell short was that they buried the old power supply connection. This caused me trouble when the electrician went to hook up the new pump cord to the old power supply. We had quite a time locating it.
I didn't get any other quotes, so I can't say for sure if the price is good or bad. It just seemed high to us, but then, this type of work is expensive--and for good reason. We did get about 15% off the bill, which is greater than the promised 10% they offer through Angie's List. Overall, we would recommend them.

Crew arrived on time and explained the process normally used to empty my septic tank.  Determined the location of the tank and its two lids proceeded to dig a hole about two foot deep and three foot square which exposed the lid at the front of the tank.  Removed lid and began the process of vacuuming our the material.
Once the tank was empty they closed the lid and refilled the dug hole.  Entire process took about an hour and a quarter.
Overall I was impressed with the crew and their work and would recommend that you at least consider using them should you have the need. 
At $450 the price seems high for the work performed. But, the results were excellent.

Both owners and his employees were very professional, courteous, provided a fair price for the services rendered and they were very friendly, treating us like family. They worked quickly to resolve our flooded bottom tier on a three tier house. Jim Canavan, Owner, was exceptionally honest, polite and sincere. Would recommend they to my grand-mother. They are honest and dependable service who quickly respond to your needs when  called upon and quickly resolved issues we were experiencing.

Excellent. All the other providers suggested we tear up the yard and add onto our existing septic field (a 12 to 20K project depending on who we talked to). Jim worked to really understand what was causing our problem, then he fixed it...for only $4,000. I would recommend him in a heart beat. He was professional, thorough, and most importantly, trust worthy!
