"We hired Cisco Contractor, LLC, based on recommendations from people in our area. It was a great decision. Good bidding process, honest, communicated well. All the workers were friendly and helpful. Cisco answered lots of questions for us before, during, and after the process. He communicates well via text, email, and calls. The driveway is perfect. He tore out the old, cracked cement, cleared roots underneath, leveled, laid rebar, improved the contour of the driveway, on time and on budget. Love working with Cisco and highly recommend!"

"Arrived on time and walked me through their process. Got work done in a timely manner. Installed a laundry shelf and repainted part of a wall."

"Mike has a meticulous work ethic. Willing to consider any job, big or small. He explains what needs to be done and then he follows through on what he says. He gives an estimate of each project and sticks to it. He is a talented craftsman and was able to repair many things including roof repair, weather stripping, painting, CO2 detector install, replacing custom cut moulding, lock repair, replacement of door sweeps, and he replaced the fence post caps that the squirrels had destroyed as well as other things I could never get anyone to help me with. He made appointment times and always showed up! He is a gem. I highly recommend him."

"I had an amazing experience with Built Different Construction! From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. The attention to detail was impressive, and the project was completed on time and within budget. Communication was seamless throughout the process, making the entire experience stress-free. If you're looking for a reliable and quality-driven construction company, I highly recommend Built Different Construction—they truly live up to their name!"

"This was the third bathroom remodel for which we used PHI. The first, small just fixture replacement, the second remodel included making a bathroom for an elderly famly member with cognative and movility issues plus creating a small kitchenette. This third one makes every one of the three bathrooms in our 1980's something home modern, roomy and up-to-date. The tiny pre-fab shower had to go. In it's place, with some annexed space from another room, Dennis and his team put a large walk-in shower, it is fully tiled using a Schluter base and includes new lighting and several shower head options from which to choose. When we finally decide to down-size, we will likely use PHI for any remodeling and always recommend them. The entire team was professional, skilled, friendly and honest. The depth of knowledge came in handy on more than one occasion because as often happens with remodels one finds surprises once opening up walls. They knew just what to do."

"I very highly recommend this company. They did an amazing job with very affordable prices. He is quickly responding and they are very helpful and clean. I had five estimates he was the lowest one with a high quality on time made it. Thanks, sir!"

"We couldn’t be happier with our new master bathroom! Salar, our project manager, was exceptional — he kept everything running smoothly, coordinated all subcontractors seamlessly, and even arranged for work to continue while we were out of town so the schedule never slipped. Communication was outstanding; he answered every question quickly and thoroughly, whether by text, phone, or email, so we always felt informed. Every worker who came into our home was courteous, considerate of our work-from-home schedules, and kept the job site spotless. The craftsmanship is top-notch — from the flawless tilework in the walk-in shower to the perfectly installed freestanding tub, vanity, and lighting. Even toward the end, when small touch-ups were needed, Salar ensured every detail was completed to our satisfaction. The result is a stunning, spa-like bathroom we’ll enjoy for years to come, and we can’t recommend this team enough."

Each team was an extension of Vered and it was clear he trusted them and their work. Very quickly, we did too. We felt comfortable with every subcontractor and appreciated their respect for our home - no trash, dust or messes left behind. Details of Projects Main shower renovation included removing shower floor and tile halfway up the wall, installing new shower pan, waterproofing, and matching existing wall tile. Floor repair project included installing heart pine wood planks to repair 12”x12” hole, replacement of cracked and sagging wood plank, and minor crack repair.
