Fabulous job! Met up with Mr. Harris to discuss my concept. I wanted a carport built on my existing driveway to park my Mini Cooper. My concept was for 4 posts, he recommended 6 to accommodate the weight of the tiled roof. He built the posts on pillars that he poured 3 feet into the ground. It has gutters with covers on either side. The finished structure is quite impressive. Me and my Mini love it.

It when just fine. Diijon (handy man) was very professional and knowledgeable of his craft, did a wonderful job on a very complicated gazebo, he’s not afraid to ask for help from his coworkers when he can’t do it on his on the main thing in his mind is delivering a good job the me as a home owner can be proud of and he himself too. I am planning to hire him to do other things around my house that need attention. Overall excellent service that he provides.

Hiring "Built Different Construction" for my at home project was the best decision me and my family made. I needed an office space for my work I do for my business ventures and didn't quite have enough space in house for it. I had them convert my shed that I didn't use anymore to an office. It wasn't pricey at all and they truly worked with a budget that I had set to pay. They showed pure professionalism on and off duty from the project and I'm just thankful that I chose them for this beautiful transformation. I encourage everyone to go to them for any house needs you may need fixed. You won't regret it!

Tyheim Harris was hired to finish a basement. Upon our agreeing to the terms of his contract, it seems like it was on a daily basis, he would come up with reasons as to why we should give him the next deposit even though he had not finished what was supposed to be done according to the contract in order to receive the next deposits. Tyheim could have been more productive in finishing the work in the amount of time spent on this project in hand. It wasn't until almost three weeks later did we see any work that he had done. Based on what we saw in just the bathroom alone, first, before hanging drywall, he did not cover the newly installed, ungrouted tiled floor, secondly, he did not appear to be experienced in hanging drywall and third, he wasted our materials that we had purchased. Tyheim asked if he could buy some of the sheets of drywall that we had, we agreed and he has not paid us for what he took; we should have waited until the project was completed. Tyheim was shown proof that his plumber damaged the wire to the HVAC, he has not reimbursed us for this cost either. He does not cleanup. He's not always punctual. Tyheim dropped off the electrician who sent him to get supplies, and he didn't return until several hours later which held up the work that the electrician was expecting him to help him with. When we were discussing the terms of his contract, he wanted to receive 60% of the cost upfront; we're glad that we didn't agree to pay Tyheim that amount. When inquiries were made as to how Tyheim spent the first deposit, he terminated the contract which was truly a blessing.

We recently had our front and back porches enclosed by Built Different Construction LLC, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth. They were exceptionally easy to work with, maintaining clear and open communication throughout the entire project. Their pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden surprises. They delivered on their promises and completed the job right on schedule. We're thrilled with the quality of their work and would definitely hire them again for future projects. The work was done by a very professional crew, and the price was extremely reasonable. We were quoted a price for a smaller job by another (supposedly reputable) company, but they didn't produce. So when Ty and Armando gave me a quote for less money, I was at first skeptical. But when they told me what they would do for me, and the price was lower than the other company wanted for the bare minimum, I quickly agreed. The bathroom was Completely remodeled, including extra touches nobody would have thought about, and I was amazed. I've already recommended their services to several of my friends and family, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs remodeling work done. Kudos to Ty, Armando, and their whole crew.

Ty was very responsive and communicated well throughout the process of rebuilding a small side deck and stair railing. Even with weather delays, he was determined to complete the project in reasonable time. There are small craft things that other companies may overlook but Ty tries to do everything to ensure his work will stand the test of time.

The porch is BEAUTIFUL! Ty came out and gave a fair, free quote. He communicated at every step of the process and let me know if something was going to go different than what we discussed. The disassemble was done perfectly and timely. The care and manner which was demonstrated showed me his ability to construct a shed in like manner, and the quality of his building skills. Built Differently Construction LLC is the real deal. He agreed to place the shed in the four boxes it was delivered in for me. Our remodel is great! We love it! We did a complete renovation and replaced our old tub and shower with a modern walk and shower. we are 100% pleased with the work and would highly recommend Built Right if you are considering home renovations.

The project went very smooth, the contractor was always prompt, showed a great work ethic, what pleasantly responsive to questions about the work being done. The personnel with Built Different was always personable and respectful which made me feel very comfortable having them in my home. They showed up did their work communicated as need. The contractor went above and beyond coordinating with other contractors providing access to the property when I could not be available and receptive to add on request. Most impressively the project was finished within the agreed upon time. I will definitely use them in the future as needs arrive.
