I had a good size area that needed cleaning, re-sanding and sealing of my paver driveway, walkway and patio. Mike made it look like new as it did when it was originally installed. I am so happy with the work and the service provided. He was prompt with the estimate and workers showed up on time as promised and were very thorough. I would highly recommend him for any work you may have.

Mike is the ideal handyman: Responsive, knowledgeable, prompt, trustworthy, a good communicator, and a fair pricer. I will use him again. Before doing multiple small jobs at my house, Mike sent over a very professional and clear quote. I checked his pricing with my brother in law, whoâ s a general contractor, and he confirmed it was fair. Once I hired him, Mike was ready to do the job within days. He fixed the door closer on my front glass door and installed six new smoke detectors. The job was quick and done right.

Mike has a meticulous work ethic. Willing to consider any job, big or small. He explains what needs to be done and then he follows through on what he says. He gives an estimate of each project and sticks to it. He is a talented craftsman and was able to repair many things including roof repair, weather stripping, painting, CO2 detector install, replacing custom cut moulding, lock repair, replacement of door sweeps, and he replaced the fence post caps that the squirrels had destroyed as well as other things I could never get anyone to help me with. He made appointment times and always showed up! He is a gem. I highly recommend him.

Needed someone to restore my fire pit to operable condition. Contacted several vendors and was unable to even get anyone to come out and give me an estimate. Contacted **** at ARS. He came out, assessed the situation and we agreed on what needed to be done and a price. He was to remove and clean nearly 700 lbs of lava rocks and 300 lbs of fire glass and pressure wash fire pit. He subcontracted for a licensed plumber to clean and inspect natural gas line. **** was timely in scheduling and completing the project. I've used him before and found him to be honest, timely, and dependable. His work is detailed and professional. I've often recommended him to others and never had anyone express disapointment in his work. A major pluse for ARS is that **** will return phone calls and show up for estimates and to perform the work.
