I take pride in providing Quality work for a fair price. I started this business by just doing jobs for friends and word of mouth. I believe in treating every project as if it was my own home. I really enjoy meeting new people and helping to solve their needs. What sets me apart from others, is that I take pride in being honest and coming up with creative solutions if possible. I'm not going to upsell you just to make more money. Not everything needs to be rebuilt or replaced. Sometimes it just needs some TLC. The first, small just fixture replacement, the second remodel included making a bathroom for an elderly famly member with cognative and movility issues plus creating a small kitchenette. This third one makes every one of the three bathrooms in our 1980's something home modern, roomy and up-to-date. The tiny pre-fab shower had to go. In it's place, with some annexed space from another room, Dennis and his team put a large walk-in shower, it is fully tiled using a Schluter base and includes new lighting and several shower head options from which to choose. When we finally decide to down-size, we will likely use PHI for any remodeling and always recommend them. The entire team was professional, skilled, friendly and honest. The depth of knowledge came in handy on more than one occasion because as often happens with remodels one finds surprises once opening up walls. They knew just what to do."
