He does good work. He does what he says he's going to do. He is very nice and responds promptly.

.They did a really great job and had a good input about what we should and shouldn't do.

He showed up on time, and was very concerned about customer satisfaction. I think he was focused on our projects, and I was happy with the outcome of his work. In fact, he’ll be back shortly to do some additional work.

After a bit of confusion over his starting time Omar arrived and began work. We had already purchased the new faucet and the new shower curtain rod. He understood what we wanted done, checked the items that we had purchased, and determined that he did not have the right color caulk on hand. He went out to purchase the caulk, returned, and started work. He had to work in a very cramped space under the sink and between the sink and the wall. He installed the faucet without fuss and had me test it to make sure that it was working to my satisfaction. He cleaned out the old caulk and very neatly re-caulked the entire length of the counter. He then quickly installed the shower curtain rod at precisely the height that I wanted. Omar was very pleasant, very polite, and very professional.

The house was not properly insulated and did not have enough ducts or vents. It gets very hot in the summer. He came one Thursday morning as plan work all day in awful condition since the space under the house would not allow him to stand up, and because the house is so old and nobody has really cleaned the crawl space before. The next day in the afternoon every thing was done and also very clean. He threw away all garbage and left my crawl space almost like new and my house is cooling much better.
