I've waited several months before deciding to post this review on Josip & his company JM Flooring. I was sold by him a service that he and his company Did Not deliver. Customer service and honoring the quality of materials and thier labor was not acceptable and fell far below my expectations. We paid Josip and his upfront for materials and labor abd we were told the job would take 3 weeks, starting in August 2022 and he last came to my home in OCT 2022, leaving the Job unfinished and it is now May 2023. I contacted him several times and provided him numerous pictures of the problems with our flooring and he stopped responding and has not honored his word he would make it right. As a veteran, If you give your word then that is your bond. Unfortunately that is not how Josip operated with respect to our floor job. We have paid for a service we did not receive. I would think twice before contracting with this company based on my experience. When you own a business, customers expect you to do what is right and not cut corners. That did not happen in our case. Now we are left to pursue legal actions against JM Flooring so beware!

This project went very well! Excellent communication by owner/management, workers were very professional and punctual. The floors are beautiful!

the original service was during hurricane Irma Sept 2017 but we had issue with creaking on the floors They promptly came to see if any could be done and advise it typically stop with time. the season changed it quieted down; however, once spring came they got loud again. They came out took up the floor; leveled it off and now the beauty of my floors is not over taken by the loud noise. Thank you caring about the client to ensure our every need is met

We did not use the service this time, but would definitely consider them when we decide to replace floors.

We are very pleased with the job that Josip the owner of JM Floors and his crew did on the instalation of our floors. Josip was very profesional, and gave us suggestions and options for our stairs that we had not thought about, and explained everything so we could make an informed decision. His crew Cesar and Victor were also very professional and we appreciated their attention to details. Even though the job took longer than expected because the old hardwood was hard to remove because of the glue, they did not rush and made sure the job was done right. Our floors are absolutely beautiful. Thank you JM Floors. Would definitely hire again.

They did an excellent job. It took us a while to get them scheduled but that was because they were very busy, so I cannot hold that against them. They have to keep up with their work, so it took a few weeks for them to get started but they had told us about that in the beginning. They were excellent. I compared the prices and they were an A grade.We were very happy with the flooring and everything about it. They would tell us when they would come and if they were running late or something, so they were okay.

They were substitute installers when first installer unable to do job.  Verbal agreement at beginning did not match the final, paper bill presented to purchaser.  "Cost's" were not all indicated at beginning of job .  Buyer has residual cleanup and repair of supposed "repair to baseboard" done by installers.   Poor cleanup of walls , door frames. baseboards at end of job..

The overall experience was outstanding.? I was well pleased.? Others that saw the finished work were impressed.? JM floors returned to make sure the job was well done. UPDATE: The workmanship on my floors was good--however, JM Floors promised $100.00 referral fee and did not honor the $100.00, after installing the floors of my referral. He continued to promise mailing/bringing the $100.00 and never did after repeated phone calls and messages to him personally. I will not use or refer anyone again to his business again.

EVERYTHING WAS DONE AS PROMISED. HE EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS, AND WE WERE VERY HAPPY. JOSIP DOES THE WORK HIMSELF. HE IS VERY METICULOUS AND LISTENS TO WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS.
