"Keith arrived on time to quote my hardwood refinishing project and seemed like a nice, professional contractor. My floor had already been sanded by GR Flooring, owner Guilherme Maciel, which I had to fire due to poor workmanship and his unwillingness to correct the issues. I just needed another Flooring company to correct the nail holes, counter sync nails, fill additional gaps with red oak wood filler and sand, buff and apply 3 clear coats of water-based polyurethane. The original finish had already been removed. It was a pretty simple job which could be done in 1 day. I was surprised when Keith said he sub-contracted his jobs out to other companies because employees are expensive! He quoted me $4,600.00 to complete the 839 sq ft 1 day job which was $2,300.00 dollars more than my lowest quote and $1,200.00 more than my highest quote, before the floor had been sanded at all. His quote seemed outrageously expensive for a 1- day job."

"This company did a great job on taking carpet out of the entire first floor in a house, minus the kitchen and entrance area, I purchased and replacing with hardwoods. They also sanded the existing hardwoods and matched them perfectly with the new wood in refinishing them. My original plan was to only sand part of the existing floor that had been exposed to the sun the most. Though halfway through the project I changed my mind and wanted all existing areas sanded and refinished. No problem! Not only did they do the extra work, they still stayed on schedule and finished on time. I had carpet upstairs and they came in moved the furniture, removed the carpet and installed hardwood flooring through out. I went with solid wood so it required them to install, sand, and stain. They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. My down stairs already had hardwood so it required him to sand and stain. I am completely satisfied with my new floors. I also felt comfortable leaving him and his crew in my home alone if I needed to run errands.
