Exceeded expectations. Old hardwood floors, which had been covered with carpet by the original homeowners, now look brand new. Areas that were feathered in with new wood are undetectable.

We replaced my s***** LVP floors with site finished white oak, and Bel Floors were amazing to work with. Great communication, handled all of the surprises that were bumps along this project perfectly, and delivered phenomenal work. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a professional company that could convert an orange red oak floor into more of a white oak or Scandinavian looking floor. Eddie has delivered much more than I expected in workmanship and professionalism. He and his team were always on time and gave me regular updates when I was not there and. Overall a beautiful job - completely transformed my home! I'd definitely recommend.

I was looking through several flooring companies and settled on Bel Floor based on user reviews from different sites. I have had mixed results from past flooring companies that I was a bit cautious at first. My initial call with Edward was very detailed explaining how he processes every project he has done. He also gave an estimate the following day based on the square footage and type of refinish work I needed. We scheduled for the day they would come out to start the job. A week before the start date, Edward informed me in advance that they may be a day late due to a large project they had to finish. They were doing work at the Governor’s Mansion! However, they were able to start on schedule since his brother, Robert, came to start the refinishing process at the scheduled date. We gave Robert six stain options that we wanted to see on the floor. My wife was not satisfied with the look so we asked for six more stain samples. They were both very patient with our decision as they understand that this is a big investment for their customers. Edward and Robert explained the process of choosing the right stain and gave advice along the way. We decided on stain mix of two parts Weathered Oak and one part Classic Gray on red oak floors. From start of their work to finish, Edward would let us know the situation and would get feedback from us if he and Robert encountered anything that would be questionable. We were part of the decision process throughout the four day job. The fact that they continued to give us updates and would contact us in cases where they wanted our input was very impressive. They wanted to make sure there were no surprises and most of the decision made was by us. It’s rare these days for companies to do this. The first time we walked in and saw the new floor finish, we were stunned at how beautiful int looked. Robert and Edward were also able to closely match the stair baluster posts and handrail with the floor stain. They gave us advice on what to use and how to care for our new floor. We are so happy we used Bel Floors that we will definitely use them again for our primary and investment properties.

Bel Floors does an amazing job! Eddie refinished my hardwoods and they look fantastic. This is the second time I have used Bel Floors to refinish floors and would absolutely use them again! They were easy to work with, did a quick, clean job. I feel the price is very reasonable. You will not regret working with them!

I was so pleased with Eddie and Robert in 2013 that I decided to hire them again, 8 years later! Their professionalism, communication, and work quality are simply superior. Bel Floors replaced pre-finished hardwoods in our kitchen that had been damaged by water. They also removed carpet in our master bedroom and replaced it with beautiful hardwoods to match the hallway and master bath. I am ecstatic about the final product and would recommend them without hesitation.

Bel Floors just completed refinishing all the hardwood floors in my house - about 1800 sq ft. They are engineered hardwood and were quite worn, coming up a number of places and gaps between the ends of many of the boards. They glued down the pieces that had popped, filled all the gaps and after refinishing, the floors look incredible. Eddie is very knowledgeable about the engineered floors and about refinishing. Great on communication each day so I knew what was happening, and where things stood in the project. Everything went smoothly and I'm very pleased with the results.

The Bel Floor team is nothing short of phenomenal. They are honest, efficient and patient. Eddie took the time to educate me and answer all of my questions. He's meticulous in his work and super nice. I will absolutely be referring them to all of my friends and neighbors.

These two brothers were pro's! They were very responsive, very punctual, very efficient and very knowledgeable. They educated me along the way, helping me to decide on a game plan. They told me what they were going to do.. and they did exactly what they said! Quick and efficient! Very pleased! I would recommend them to anyone with hardwood flooring needs! Robert and Eddie with Bel Floors have a great work ethic. They were able to tie in old floors, that ended up being exposed after we had changed kitchen cabinets lay out. They worked clean, they were on time and finished our main floor and basement floors by the time they promised. Highly recommending them. I give them 5 stars , all Aces!

These two brothers are the best, They completely removed and disposed of my old carpeted floor and replaced with white Oak hardwood floor, They also replaced all the old (1970) under flooring, with new thicker wood. then sanded , stained and sealed the whole house, It came out beautiful. This is the second time we have hired Robert to work in our home. The first time was to refinish existing flooring after some damage by a painting company we hired. This time it was to replace old family room carpet with hardwood flooring to match the rest of the house. We were either at work or out of town when he was here. We had complete trust in him and he did not disappoint. We cannot tell the difference between the existing flooring and the new - he did a great job making them look like everything was put down at the same time. He took care of our home while we weren't here - he cleaned up after he was finished there was no "dust" in other areas of the house. We've run out of floors for him to take care of for us in this house but when we move in a couple of years we'll definitely use him again!

Had a great experience- initial estimated was for demolition of tile in kitchen and tile and carpet in family room, and refinishing dining and living room, the came in $2k below other estimates and had great reviews. They don't have the sales force or office staff of other flooring companies but the two brothers that own the company work hard and do quality work. Added the stairs up and down with landings after the initial estimate at a reasonable cost .

Our floors had not been refinished for 30 years. They were in desperate need of a redo but because of the scale of this project (close to 2000 sq feet in our current living space) we just kept putting it off. We met with Edward and he advised us as to stain options and educated us about the entire process. Cost was in line with other bids we received. We encountered some unexpected old termite damage and they were able to make repairs to the floor and support beams. They were respectful of our schedule and kept to the timeline we established. The floors are beautiful. We are very pleased with Bel Floors.

Eddie did an amazing job of repairing the floor and matching the existing color. He really went over and above to make sure the color and finish were an exact match. He saved us the cost of having to refinish the 6 month old floors in our entire house. I would highly recommend and definitely use them in the future.

He cleaned the area well after the job and was helpful in recommending ways to keep my floors looking great in the future. He returned this week to help with a very small job.
