"We had requested Carlos to give an estimate for refinishing the hardwood floors. As it turns out the floors were engineered floors and therefore couldn't refinish the floors. Instead, we hired Carlos as his team to install LVT floors. His team (and family) did an amazing job getting the floors installed in our main floor of the townhouse. They prepped the floors, removed the baseboard trims, laid the flooring all throughout the living, kitchen, and powder room in half a day. They also removed the toilet pot and installed a new ring before installing it back. In addition, they sanded down and stained the stairs as they were wood steps with a darker shade to match the LVT floors we installed. Overall, Carlos and his team were responsive, got the job done in a timely manner, were professional, and had experience in refinishing and installing the new floors. I would highly recommend him for this type of work."

I had carpet upstairs and they came in moved the furniture, removed the carpet and installed hardwood flooring through out. I went with solid wood so it required them to install, sand, and stain. They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. My down stairs already had hardwood so it required him to sand and stain. I am completely satisfied with my new floors. I also felt comfortable leaving him and his crew in my home alone if I needed to run errands.
