ProFloor Solutions did and outstanding job. They removed my newly installed toilet and cut out the rotted old plywood under floor, and installed a new plywood floor before beautifully installing the new hardwood floor. They resealed the new toilet after reinstalling it. They also cleaned everything and left the Powder Room and the hallway next to it clean as well. They returned everything back into the Powder Room. ProFloors Solution did a wonderful job and I highly recommend their service. They were very professional and removed all debris from my home. They even took the debris with them and did not leave it in my trash can. I rate them a 5 Star!

I?ve tried to be nothing, but professional and respectful in communicating with Elias at ProFloor Solutions, but his response to a simple request was extremely rude and uncalled for. After his team worked on my floors, there was a shiny clear coat left in my dining room area that didn?t match the rest of the floors. I reached out politely to ask when that could be removed, even sending photos when requested. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, Elias responded with a dismissive and disrespectful comment ? ?Strange you complain after 2 months.? I wasn?t complaining; I was just asking for clarification and assistance. There?s no excuse for speaking to a customer that way, especially when they?ve been nothing but polite and patient. Professionalism and basic respect go a long way in business, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this interaction. I wouldn?t recommend Profloor Solutions based on how I was treated.

Completed the job repairing the Landry area floor damaged by leaking washing machine. Also repaired wallboard. Complete in one day.
