Not sure how long I have been using this company, 15+ years I would think. He was a referral from A company you may have heard of, called Floor & Decor. Iâ m a Realtor and they have done an incredible job Refinishing Hardwoods for a ton of clients (including at my personal home). . They have done Hardwood installations w site finish (they do it so well, had them install Hardwoods in my Master Closet that are stunning, still to this day). They have done installation of LVL flooring before it was a thing, getting listings ready to list. Great work! I love that his crew has been with him a long time, he has the right equipment for sanding / refinishing. Trustworthy crew, still goes a long way these days. There should be no doubt, calling Arthur aka his Company to perform your next project.

Great work and very friendly. Prompt timing, actually 30 minutes early and quick work. If you have a wood floor and need repair or if you want a wood floor, S and S Flooring couldn't be better.

The crew was very courteous, punctual and accommodating. I had some time issues one day and they rearranged their schedule to make it work easier for me. They left the house in very good order each day. I have already recommended them to a neighbor of mine.

Excellent experience overall. Arthur contacted me within five minutes of inputting my request. He is a nice guy and very easy to talk to and his crew was outstanding. All of them were professional, polite, and punctual. They were always there at the exact time they told us they would be and Arthur never took longer than 24 hours to respond to a call or request by us. The floors look beautiful and we are so happy that we chose them. All in all, the best contractor we have ever hired. If we have to install or refinish wood floors, we would absolutely hire them again.

They take care in their work and for their customers' satisfaction. Our hardwood floors are renewed in a manner I did not think possible.
