Oven or Stovetop Repair or Service
The pro did the job in roughly 30 minutes. Done fine. Tried to upsell us on vacuuming out our dryer connection hose. He wanted 350.00 for something we did not ask him to check. He charged us double what the other pros do it on .

"THe services we provided repaired the oven. I understand that the price may be lower than another company but we do provide the price for repair before proceeding with repairs, which the client areed to. We also always let our clients know that if they need some time to weigh out their options, collect funds, whatever the situation is, we give 2 weeks to make their decision and if they schedule within 2 weeks of the visit, we will still use the $60 service fee towards the repair. I understand our price is higher but we all of our technicnicians are insured up to $1,000,000.00, we also use geniuen parts on all repairs and provide 90 warranty. some companies that are just a 1 man company are able to offer significantly less prices because they do not have to pay a technician and make sure the company makes money so that we can keep running a company and provide jobs for others. Thank you for your understanding."

From the moment the appointment was scheduled, everything was seamless and professional. David arrived right on time, which I truly appreciated. He was polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable—the kind of technician every homeowner hopes for when dealing with appliance repairs. David quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with our dryer, and while he was here, he also performed a courtesy check on our washer. Not only did he take care of the immediate repair, but he also took the time to explain simple but important maintenance tips to help prolong the life of both appliances. His insights were incredibly helpful and clearly came from years of experience in the field. Expensive. Tech said he couldn't repair oven, did partially fix clothes dryer (button was wedged), but still charged both troubleshooting fee and repair fee cause he didn't fix the oven. I didn't give them a great review on a review site and they turned around and phoned me ASKING to to explain my low rating. For that reason alone, I'm dropping what I gave them on the other site from a 3 to a 1 here.

"Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that we were unable to repair your oven. Unfortunately, as the technician explained, the oven is unable to be repaired because rodents have chewed up all the wires and the control board. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience but our technician is still required to receive payment for the visit. Thank you for your understanding."

Worst fixing the stuff and try to do the control tuff I understand he pick up mop and tried and told him I said it leak real bad. I told him its mock right there next to wash he did not pick that model he just storm up the house. Now I got a call my insurance company becoming looking well give somebody to become look at it.
