"I called two contractors to come out and look at the problem area. The first guy was useless-/ looked at the wet spot in the basement, walked around the perimeter, then wrote out an expensive proposal for waterproofing. This company did not charge for the visit. Then Anthony arrived. He cut a hole in the sheetrock and explored the whole area very carefully, including turning on the hose full blast and running it right along the foundation for 30+ minutes. He found the problem— a leaky pipe— and gave us a competitive bid. I was very impressed with Anthony. He was there over an hour and clearly was not going to leave until he found the answer to the problem. Kudos to Anthony and Basement King for outstanding customer service. I’m a Realtor and you can bet that all of my colleagues will get my strong recommendation to use this company in the future.
