"We hired Greg for a large third floor remodel project (~1,000+ sq ft) in a 100+ year old home that included adding new drywall, wall/ceiling demolition, skim coating damaged plaster walls, adding walls/framing, patching & repairing wood floors, insulation, window benches (to hide HVAC) and widening of an existing doorway. Greg did a fantastic job on all tasks. His craftsmanship and attention to detail helped us turn what was previously a water damaged, neglected space (with a ton of potential) into an amazing third floor living, bedroom and bathroom space. He was also very flexible and patient with us throughout the project as we made minor adjustments/additions to the work plan. Bill and his colleague, Dave, took our broken, tiny space and turned it into something clean, modern and functional.
