"Jim and Mark have created a great company that has been in business for over 30 years. Patio Room Factory (PRF) offers sunrooms and decks that are made from the finest materials. They have cut out the middleman and deal directly with manufacturers and quality suppliers. This allows PRF to offer high quality sunrooms and decks at a reasonable price. The Patio Room Factory offers creative solutions and delivers a high quality product. PRF developed and submitted all plans to the county and home owners association, secured the necessary permits from the county, and obtained all approvals from the inspectors. The PRF crew prides themselves on doing the job right! They sweat the details and it shows in their work. Their goal is to satisfy the customer and exceed expectations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Patio Room Factory for your project."

"We hired Greg for a large third floor remodel project (~1,000+ sq ft) in a 100+ year old home that included adding new drywall, wall/ceiling demolition, skim coating damaged plaster walls, adding walls/framing, patching & repairing wood floors, insulation, window benches (to hide HVAC) and widening of an existing doorway. Greg did a fantastic job on all tasks. His craftsmanship and attention to detail helped us turn what was previously a water damaged, neglected space (with a ton of potential) into an amazing third floor living, bedroom and bathroom space. He was also very flexible and patient with us throughout the project as we made minor adjustments/additions to the work plan. Greg is professional, polite, courteous, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend him for any general remodel projects. Another great benefit of working with Greg was his network of other service providers (electric, HVAC, plumbing), who were all great to work with. The only downside is that he is in high demand and usually booked up 6+ months out."

"Awesome, awesome, awesome! Rob and his team(Brian and Trevor) completed my bathroom makeover in a timely manner. I feared starting a construction project, but they made it a smooth process. The design was impeccable and extremely cost efficient for all that was done. It meant so much to me to see the joy on my husband and daughter’s faces. You cannot go wrong with this company."

"They did an excellent job. They were very professional, pleasant, curious and very neat. They made sure everything was cleaned up before I got home. I highly recommend this company."

"Bill Maibach knows what he’s doing. We have a small, older (1940) Clintonville house and he was up to every challenge it presented – from plumbing to electrical to window and tile. Bill and his colleague, Dave, took our broken, tiny space and turned it into something clean, modern and functional. Not a day goes by without our family delighting in this new space – it’s just so pretty! Bill is a fountain of knowledge – he made helpful suggestions and every time we talked about the remodel, I learned something new. Ours was a relatively small job for his company, but he was so patient and took time to explain everything to me as this was my first ever remodel. He has seen it all - and even when faced with a rotting subfloor, crumbling wiring and ancient plumbing, he repaired, replaced and upgraded. We are a one-bathroom household, and Bill’s scheduling made sure that we were never without a toilet or water. Remodeling is a messy job, but the rest of our house stayed clean even through demolition work. I’m so pleased with Custom Home Works that I’ve asked them to remodel our kitchen in the spring."

"Bruce’s team came out and did some follow up work I needed done with stairs and flooring. I had a flood in the basement which required some redoing of my bathroom floor and his guy gave me a great price and as always did a great a job. Can not recommend enough for him and his team"
