Best basement remodelers near Roswell, GA

"We live in Dallas Georgia and decided to get our walkout basement finished for my mom to have her own apartment. Creative Basements did a bedroom, bathroom, living room for about 850 ft.². It took about three months starting in the last quarter of 2020 and just finished in January 2021. They did a great job and all the work was performed better than expected. Jason was really easy to work with. I definitely recommend Jason and Creative Basements for anybody looking to remodel their basement. Great value, great communication, no hassle, and delivered as promised. Thanks Jason!"

"Larry came out to look at the job of a basement remodel and immediately noticed the beam issue before we said anything. We decided at this time to just fix the support structure. We eventually want a wall under one beam but we wanted to leave the other part of the room open. Larry came out and used jacks to straighten out the beams and then built a wall under the one beam that will be finished in a future job and then braced and supported the open beam.He used an LVL beam the proper size and length and built up the column to make the house sound again. Very knowledgeable and we would highly recommend Lar-Con."

"I had two bathrooms completely remodeled and they turned out fabulous. John is very responsive to all questions and kept me in the loop. I would definitely use Titan Contracting and Remolding again. If you’re looking for someone that does a great job and response immediately, John is your guy."

""Exceptional quality, professionalism, and attention to detail – that's what we experienced working with Chuck Miller on our basement renovation. From the initial consultation to project completion, Chuck and his team were meticulous, efficient, and stress-free to work with. Chuck listened carefully to our vision and delivered exceptional quality work, staying on budget throughout the project. What impressed us most was Chuck's transparent approach to budgeting - he provided a detailed, broken-down budget that allowed us to pay in manageable, bite-sized chunks, making the entire process feel much less overwhelming. The attention to detail and expertise he brought to the table transformed our basement into a beautiful, functional living area. We highly recommend Chuck Miller to anyone looking to finish their basement. His dedication, expertise, and passion for his work shine through in every aspect of the project. Thank you, Chuck, for an outstanding experience!""

"The work was done by a very professional crew, and the price was extremely reasonable. We were quoted a price for a smaller job by another (supposedly reputable) company, but they didn't produce. So when Ty and Armando gave me a quote for less money, I was at first skeptical. But when they told me what they would do for me, and the price was lower than the other company wanted for the bare minimum, I quickly agreed. The bathroom was Completely remodeled, including extra touches nobody would have thought about, and I was amazed. I've already recommended their services to several of my friends and family, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs remodeling work done. Kudos to Ty, Armando, and their whole crew."

"My wife and I had an incredible experience working with Alex and Ruben with Falcon Pro on my basement remodel. From the very beginning, their team demonstrated true expertise, ensuring that removing a couple of walls to open up the space was done safely and seamlessly. They also added a beautiful new bathroom and completely transformed a small office into a highly functional bedroom. What impressed me the most was their reliability. They completed the entire project right on schedule. If you are looking for skilled, professional, and timely contractors, I highly recommend them! Thank you all! The Copelands!"

"We used Handy Dad's to finish the storage room in our basement and knock out the load baring wall to add it as square footage to the rest of the basement. They did amazing! They were quick and responsive to all of our inquiries, quoted us a fair price, and their crew did amazing work in a reasonable amount of time. Would hire them again in a heartbeat!"

"My wife and I hired B.C.M. London to renovate our basement. After a long, grueling process of getting estimates, we ended up choosing B.C.M. for a select few reasons. Detail. They had the best and most detailed quote which included allowances so you know how much youâ re paying for materials, they included all activities, milestones, detailed timeline, list of vendors, etcâ ¦We worked with Salar and team on the design/layout and it was such a smooth process. Salar really knows his stuff - heâ s meticulous, detailed and very task oriented. Exactly what we were looking for! The devil is in the details and these guys absolutely nailed it. Everything from the paint, to the trim, electrical work, plumbing - itâ s all top notch and very well put together. Communication. Every time I needed to talk with Salar, he answered. He answered ALL texts and phone calls right away, no matter the time or the day and always gave me the time to talk about anything and answer questions I had. Honesty. Contractors these days areâ ¦.questionable. I never looked at B.C.M. as â contractorsâ - I looked at them as an established business that has an amazing presence doing remodels. Salar and his team were honest the entire time the basement was being remodeled. He gave us our allowances on materials, if we went below, he took it off the bill at the end, if we went above he would add it as a line item in the estimate and send me a copy. In short, you wonâ t be in the dark - youâ ll always know whatâ s going on with budget as well as material costs. Hiring B.C.M. London was the best decision we could have made. You canâ t get any better. Iâ m a DIYer myself and Iâ m very picky about things and I will say that Iâ m extremely pleased with their work and would be glad to hire them again! PS. They finished the work on time, they cleaned up after themselves with a professional cleaning crew at the end. :)"

"Gabriel was so honest and quick to get things done. Fair pricing, honest hard work. Very professional and looking forward to hiring him again."

"Trevor has been an amazing contractor who has helped us through the process of installing a large interior door for an office. He has helped ensure the space was properly prepared for installation of the door. The other contractors who have assisted Trevor have also exceeded my expectations. They have been extremely detail oriented and have done everything to ensure the best outcome. I would definitely work with Trevor for any future projects."
