They were honest and worked very hard and I was really happy with the outcome. What I liked about them the most is they waterproofed the inside and and outside of the house. Most waterproofing companies only do the inside and felt we they provided a more complete solution. I would strongly recommend King Waterproofing to anyone who is look for an honest company who does exemplary work at a great price."

"Workers were on time, cordial and professional. Work was completed in the time and as stated. Premises were left clean. Though all was to moved, workers detached and moved a shelf that was on a wall they needed to work on. Also, I had been told that steps they had to move would not be replaced, but they were kind enough to put some part of them back so that I can get into the basement before they are replaced permanently. Options were explained for preventing water from entering a door that had a sunken area outside. Any questions I had were willingly answered. It was a pleasant experience."

"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"

"We had issues with water leaking into the basement after heavy rainfall and called SunDry to give us a quote for water proofing. The job was completed and two days later it rained and our basement flooded... the sales rep, Mario, came back out and said they didnt make the flange tall enough in one corner, so the contractors came back and fixed it and it was covered under the warranty. Why they didnt do it right the first time I am not sure. Everyone considering using this company must be careful of Mario. He is a classic salesman ready to tell you exactly what you need to hear to make a sale, so be VERY careful trusting everything he is telling you. He walked around our house and pointed at random cracks and splits and said we needed foundation piers or our house is going to sink. He quoted us $5600 for the job and said it would save us money if we did it during waterproofing. We called a foundation engineer for a second opinion and were told our house was perfectly fine and in no need for foundation piers. Also be wary of the cost for put back of the dry wall/studs/finishings after the waterproofing. Sundry does not do this part of the job and will tell you it will only cost a few hundred bucks...it is not. We got a quote for $1100 from the guy that Mario referred and the price didnt even include putting the laminate flooring back. Mario was calling us every week when we first got the quote to schedule the job, but as soon as we needed something from him (to connect us with the guy for put back), he was very unresponsive and didnt stick to his estimated time frames. Marios contractors also left a mess of our basement with cement and dirt stains on our intact flooring. Other than that, the contractors did a great and speedy job and were very kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend them for their pricing is the cheapest of all other vendors we spoke to and they were very quick. I can only hope that they stay around long enough and that our warranty will always cover future leaks/issues."

"Hugo and team just finished a job for us. Waterproofed about 1600 sq ft. Outstanding work. Very knowledgeable and skilled. His team were professional, courteous and cleaned up every night before they left. The only reason I am giving a 4.5 instead of a 5 is due to some response times for questions asked via email or messages. To be fair, this was in the middle of the rainy season and I know they were very busy. Overall, a very fine job."

"We called CGS Waterproofing before COVID struck and had to keep rescheduling our sump pump/waterproofing project but we finally decided on a date, and they came out on our schedule. The CGS staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Their employees were very friendly and professional and did a great job for us and we can rest easy knowing that our basement is waterproofed. They did a great clean-up after the job was done, and I would say CGS is the best value for this type of job that you could find."
