This is very impolite, they didn't follow up or call, they're supposed to be here by 9 am, I contacted them through SMS but there's no response, it's no customers service and left the customer unnerved especially after giving private information such as home address and phone number and they don't show up, doesn't it bother? They don't keep their word. If they don't start out correctly, most likely they don't do the work correctly or it would be a bad relationship all through.

I cannot begin to say how great of a job that they did for us. We had another contractor that was working on our home after a flood and were just taking too long and not completing the work in a satisfactory manor. Rodney and his crew had completed a total master bathroom remodel for us before, so we reached out to him and asked if he could do our kitchen and he accepted the job to our delight. He and his crew are very professional and take great pride in what they do. This job was a little unfortunate for him because he also had some challenges due to the previous contractor, but he made the corrections as needed with a smile. Thank you so much to Rodney and his amazing team. We would definitely look to hire him again in the future.

They came to my house the next day to check the job and provided a quote the following day. The price was fair to me and to them. They were able to fit my small job into their schedule with in a week. The crew was through and professional. I will call them again for any project too big for me to handle on my own. Chateau Sept Renovations5++ stars to Jose and his entire team at Chateau Sept!! We had them finish our basement...we went all out with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, family room, home office, and workout room. I was very apprehensive going into this project but Jose was there every step of the way. He helped us with everything from deciding the layout of every room right down to the end when the last doorstop was installed. Jose was a joy to work with, even when we threw some ridiculous requests his way. He never said “I can’t do that.” Instead he would say “Sure thing. Let me figure out a way that I can do that for you.” If you are thinking of doing any kind of home renovation, do yourself a favor and call Jose first. David (owner), Tommy (sales), Jimmy (project manager) and Shannon (design/project consultant) were all top notch. They estimated every little detail accurately from the get-go and finished the project under the estimated timeline by a week and just at budget with very little to no variances. The quality of the workmanship was excellent only outdone by the professionalism of the entire team. They are not a "cheap" shop by any stretch, but the entire slew of comprehensive end-to-end services including design, vendor relationships and professional project management made it a hassle-free experience.
