They replaced two rotor heads that were worn out and they added several heads to cover all our our new landscaping. The only reason I graded a 4.0 and not a 5.0 on work quality was really not a reflection on Dennis' quality of work, but rather the fact that the turf was only available in 15' widths, which created "seam-stripes" in the turf - these are supposed to become less obvious over time.
