Charles from Charles Home Improvement came to the house and truly listened to my somewhat complex needs including a bathroom with no curbs, no shower doors, or walls. After meeting with him he gave me a bid which was most reasonable. The staff he hired to do the floor and wall tile, plumbing, counter tops, cabinets, and doors were very professional. The work was top quality. I enjoyed watching them work each day to accomplish the vision my wife and I had. With GREAT effort they completed the work ON TIME and ON BUDGET! All the teams working were top quality, respectful professionals who renovated our basement. Titan added in a kitchen, full bathroom, flooring, electrical, lighting, all new plumbing including sump pump and slab cuts. In addition a new HVAC and tankless water heater were installed. The final product was above expectations and within budget. We have since hired Titan for an additional project."
