This made for a smooth, and consistent looking deck ceiling. It was also where he fell in line regarding pricing. He was neither the least nor most expensive and quoted a higher quality deck material than all the other contractors. His quote included top of the line Trex deck boards with hidden fasteners vs. the others who quoted standard pressure treated lumber and exposed fasteners.
