I recently hired Patio Pros to remove an old deck and to install a new and larger deck. Working with Steven and Zack and their work crew led by Ricardo has been a pleasure. They quoted a very fair and reasonable price and were very responsive during the entire process. The owners showed up daily to make sure the job was on track and built according to our agreement. They took their time and did not cut any corners. We will now be enjoying many evenings on our new deck.

I had a great experience with Patio Pros. I had an open air back porch with a roof and I hired them to turn it into a room with a 3? wall surrounding and full screening. We are really enjoying it and can?t wait to use it in the coming warmer months. Zach was prompt and with their competitive pricing using them for our project was a no brainer. I would recommend them any day for patio and backyard project needs.

Patio Pros replaced the 35 year old deck on my home, from estimated, to permit, to completion it was a great experience. Communication was great and any questions I had were addressed. The finished product turned out great!

They built my deck and fixed several defects in a sunroom that I had built by another company just a few months earlier. I should have used Patio Pros for the sunroom too. Great experience! They were very professional and consulted me during the entire process. They also did a great job on a hardscape project. I highly recommend Patio Pros!

They helped me design my new deck addition and were creative as I had such a small area to work with. They cleaned up the area every night. The owners came by several times to check on the progress. They were very responsive when I had a question. Overall, I would highly recommend them

Steve and team were exceptional. He was professional, upfront and honest from start to finish. He understood our needs, made sure we were had our permit from the County. He's a family man, very engaging in conversation. The contractors arrived to my house early, stayed late to make sure our deck was completed in a timely manner. Our deck looks amazing!!! I highly recommend Steve and his team.

I would NOT recommend Patio Pros. I used them to replace a small 250 sqft deck. I was told this job would take approximately two weeks. It took Patio Pros SIX weeks. During that time we failed multiple inspections and there were several rebuilds of parts of the deck because they did not follow the deck plan in the contract. On top of that, there were other issues. Many of the nails are driven a quarter of an inch deep. Patio Pros never bothered to even look adjusting the nail gun pressure. Typically, concrete for deck footers extends above ground with posts resting on metal fasteners. I asked Patio Pros ahead of time if my footers would be done this way and were told yes. They even provided pictures of decks they had build and all the footers were done that way. No one builds footers like this in 2021 for obvious reasons. I have deck hardware (deck tension ties) that are literally attached to nothing. Despite the fact that the contract stated they would haul off my old deck, I have disposed of nearly a trash can and a half of debris. The dirt excavated for my footers was just placed in big piles under my deck. This is just sloppy work. Despite the fact that I was assured the siding and flashing at my deck to home interface would be handled professionally, I had to intervene there as well. Luckily the flashing got fixed but there are still issues with my siding and trim they did not fix. Despite paying for 90% of this deck, Patio Pros actually insisted I pay the final 10% even when we had failed our deck inspection. When I pointed out that the contract said the 10% was a balance and paid after after everything was complete, they were completely unprofessional. I did offer Patio Pros the chance to address some of these issues but they took their money and ran. Do not take my word for it, have a look at the pictures I posted in my google review. They speak for themselves?

Steve & James (and his team) did a top notch job in building my sunroom and covered porch/deck.

James and his team enclosed my back patio. For the most part the work was good. I have some issues with the finishing work as it was sealed properly and outside debris manages to come in at times.

Our screened in porch and deck looks great. The contractor was always available when we had any questions and the work was completed in a timely manner.

James and his team did a great job building my deck. They cleaned up after each day. Steve, the owner, worked with the county to permit and inspect the project along the way. Joe, the salesman, was my contact through the whole process and kept me informed. I would use them again.

We contacted 3 builders to design and price out a deck extension for an existing deck. Patio Pros was not the fastest or cheapest option but we felt Steven Solomon, the owner, had the clearest sense of the challenges and how to to get them resolved; building permits, variances, buffers etc. There were some delays but Steven's excellent communication skills and follow-up made waiting more palatable. James and John's build skills were brilliant and the finished project was exactly as promised and more than we could have imagined. People in our small gated community have been so complimentary (even the skeptics) and several have approached Patio Pros for their own projects! This operation is very good and we would not hesitate to use them again!

Steve Solomon did an excellent job of communicating and follow-up on our deck replacement. Steve is familiar with Johns Creek regulations and has a good working relationship with the city clerks and inspectors, this was very helpful as I had to apply for permits. Steve's construction team led by Manuel was top notch. Onsite cleanup which includes 3-steps exceeded my expectations. We are very happy with our new deck and I would hire Patio Pros again without any hesitation.
