"After Justin gave me my estimate he and the crew showed up the very next day. The job was very professional. Being an old houe built in the 60's it was a challenge that Jason and his crew were up for. They meticulously removed all bat insulation, vacuumed all debris, spayed and disinfected the entire attic space, and finally sprayed 5.5" of foam to create the perfect climate controlled zone. Everyone was extremely professional as well as approachable to answer questions. They worked for 18hrs in the small.,tight, hot attic space to ensure the job was completed so we could finish having our HVAC system updated without interpretation. I would recommend the for anything and look forward to doing more business with them soon. I will be replacing my windows and doors and will have Justin come back to tint them, also after raising and leveling the house I will have them spay under the house. You definitely get what you pay. If you're looking for honest hard working people look no further"

"Good News: Window World installed new windows in my whole house in March 2014. They are Double Hung White 4000, Obscure Glass, Solarzone ELite Low E/Argon Gas filled. Bad News: January 2017, one window cracked on the inside for unknown reason. Good News: Window World was responsive and replaced the window. Bad News: January 2018, two windows developed spots inbetween the double paned glass. Good News: Window world ordered replacement windows and I am awaiting delivery and installation at this time. So far, I have my doubts about the quality of workmanship in manufacture of Window World windows. When I initially called Window World for replacement windows in 2014, I was certain I was calling the best there is. Now.........."

"Went very well. Larry showed up at 8:30AM as scheduled . Doors were very old, both screws and rollers on doors were odd size. Larry left and returned within an hour with the correct parts. He and his co-worker cleaned the slider rails and replaced the rollers. Doors now slide good as new."

"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

At any time, you can show him if you are not satisfied and he will 100% fix it to your satisfaction. He is a professional roofer with 26 years of experience and he's a very friendly guy. He is one of the most honest people you will meet. Kyle is also a perfectionist and keeps a very close eye on his crew and gets on the roof with them and works as hard as they do if not harder. His crew is very professional also and no one goes without a shirt on the job site nor is cursing allowed. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish. They are very thorough and lay down material to catch the debris and nails. When the job is complete, they even do several trips around the job site using a magnet to find nails. "You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
