Went very well. Larry showed up at 8:30AM as scheduled . Doors were very old, both screws and rollers on doors were odd size. Larry left and returned within an hour with the correct parts. He and his co-worker cleaned the slider rails and replaced the rollers. Doors now slide good as new.

My sliding glass door was getting impossible to open and hubby figured we needed new doors. I decided to try Slide Right based on their reviews. I called and left a message and altho the answering machine said they usually return calls within 24 hrs, I did not get a call back until 2 days after and was quoted around $225 for repairs. Meanwhile I got a quote on a new door just in case for $1500. He came out the day after he called and cleaned the tracks and replaced the rollers. He also showed me how to maintain the doors and lubricate the tracks. I followed his maintenance instructions for my other door and now both doors work like a dream and for less money than they quoted. I was truly impressed.

My house is a bit unique. That being said it was almost impossible to get the doors out and was impossible to put back in. It required some modification of the track in order to get the doors in. Two guys (who knew what they were doing) required 6 hours whereas they usually spend about 2 hours. They stuck with it (for which I am very grateful since I did not have to have a new door) and got the job done well. Would definitely hire again. They stuck with the written estimate, even though they spent so much time.

They came, they saw, they conquered! New rollers, new track, new lease on life. These guys know their stuff. Also I really appreciated that they came to Titusville and also that they did not insist on more than needed to be done. They said a good cleaning and adjustment would give us another couple of years on the rollers. I chose to change them out as a preventive. They were on time (early, even) and had all the equipment and parts they needed to do the job instantly. Could not have been better.

Now it slides with one pinky! So easy. This guy knows what he is doing. A bit pricey, but a lot better than the cost of a new door.

Two techs arrived promptly, explained what they would do (acid clean, track cap, etc...) and got to work. Job done in a timely manner and responded amicably to questions. Door hasn't worked so well since we bought the house!

Excellent service! I called three other repair places listed on Angie's list. I did not get a response back from any of them. Slide- Rite answered immediately and scheduled an appointment for the following week. On the date of service they arrived early after calling to ensure we were home. They fixed the door by replacing the hardware on the bottom. I had received a quote to replace the door for $4000. What a relief to have such an easy repair performed.

I didn't realize how much I was dragging the sliding doors until after Slide-Rite repaired them. Now I think "Oh yeah, this is how they're supposed to work". The guys were quick and efficient. The results see better than I expected.

some trouble contacting but worked out the communication problem. Arrived with helper as scheduled. Removed and cleaned rollers and track on each slider. added stainless steep cap on bottom of each slider rail. replaced two corroded rollers on one slide. Lubricated rollers and track. Sliders worked much better. One is still a little sticy, will probably need to repace those rollers eventually

The repair was performed at my friend Susan's condo. We did not know what was wrong with door - whether the repair would be major or minor. It turned out to be minor, but it was one of those repairs that if the serviceman was not honest the cost could have ballooned with the same result. He not only fixed the glass door which is 10' high, but showed her how to perform maintenance and what products he recommended using and no he was not selling any just recommending. I was so impressed that I have
hired him to check out my sliding glass doors and replace a locking mechanism. The reason we selected Slide Rite was they were highly recommended on Angie's List and we can vouch for their accuracy and thank them for taking the time to write a review.

Removed all 4 panels of the sliding glass door. Cleaned the track. Added steel cap. Replaced rollers on one door.
Looks and operates like new!
Larry and helper, Bear, did a marvelous job. Scheduled 5 days ahead. They were on time as scheduled.
Very professional, excellent job and nice people.
I highly recommend them.

Larry changed the sliding door cap, installed new wheels, and cleaned the track. It looks like NEW!!!! OMG, the track was a mess and now it's shiny as new. He taught me how to maintain the cleanliness of the track and the importance of keeping it lubed. It only took him and his work partner less than two hours to get the job done!
After this experience, I will tell all my friends and neighbors to call Larry to fix their sliding doors. I wish I had done it sooner!
