Everything started off well, but unfortunately, the experience took a turn. Despite paying him in full as a courtesy, he did not complete the punch list. He promised to refund a portion of the payment so I could hire someone else to finish the work, but that refund never came. He has since stopped responding to all messages. Afterward, I discovered a similar complaint on Yelp from another customer who also paid without seeing the job completed. To make matters worse, I found out his contractor?s license is expired. I would not recommend working with him.

From getting an estimate to ordering flooring to installation, Randolph and Mortimer was outstanding. This was a large installation in a commercial building but they worked with us to install the flooring quickly and around our scheduled open hours. The flooring installers were efficient and respectful, and the outcome of the project was phenomenal. I will refer and advise everyone to call. THANKS GUYS!

I recently had 2,200 sq. ft. of wood flooring installed by Randolph & Mortimer Flooring and Handyman Services, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Derrick and his team did an incredible job from start to finish. Not only was the craftsmanship top-notch, but they were also extremely professional, punctual, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process.
