I wasn?t complaining; I was just asking for clarification and assistance. There?s no excuse for speaking to a customer that way, especially when they?ve been nothing but polite and patient. Professionalism and basic respect go a long way in business, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this interaction. I wouldn?t recommend Profloor Solutions based on how I was treated."
