From consultation to installation, sales to labor- K&M Floors performed with knowledge and professionalism while we had the carpets on two stairways and two levels replaced. Chase was personable and delightful to work with in choosing which products would work best in our family home- and the carpets have stood up to the wear of pets and kids in our crazy-busy household. Installation was quick and clean, with the installers taking great care of our property and cleanup after the one day (only one day!) install. We have every intention of using K&M Floors again, as we plan for hardwood floor refinishing and banisters in the near future. I would highly recommend this company over all others we have called upon in the 20+ years we have owned homes in this area of Georgia.

Seriously the best! First off, if you have an insurance claim call K&M. Long story short my toilets water line came loose and the entire first-floor flooring needed to be replaced. I contacted K&M and John (the consultant) was out in less than an hour, John was fantastic! John went over the whole process with me - he went over different flooring options, cost, timing, installation, and what to expect. John's communication was second to none, he was constantly updating me on my project. Next came install day - Crew chief Paulo and his crew rocked! Super nice guys, were obviously very experienced and fast! Once Paulo and his crew get started they don't stop, they knocked out my floors in a day, no joke, one day... And the floors look great!! I chose the "Aruba" color, I love it. Super durable and they look exactly like hardwoods. Best of all, John and his crew helped me deal with my insurance adjuster. Before I chose K&M my insurance adjuster was a complete nightmare; I'm lost when it comes to insurance claims. K&M took over my project and made my process 100 times easier and stress free. John and crew took care of everything; they fought with my insurance adjuster to upgrade my old carpeted floors to new LVP floors for next to nothing out of pocket. The whole process was stress free and I could not be happier. I don't normally leave reviews but I felt I needed to since this experience was so amazing. I will be recommending K&M, John, and Paulo to everyone; if you're looking to get new floors K&M needs to be at the top of your list.

I hired K&M Flooring to replace 1900 square ft. of wood laminate and carpet with wood look tile floor and replace my garden tub with a large shower. They did and outstanding job. I cannot say enough about this company, anyone lucky enough to hire them is in for a treat. Jason the owner even sent cleaners to my house to make sure I didn't have to do the entire job myself, that's what I call customer service.

Jason came out and gave me an honest cost efficient estimate. The quality of materials used was great, and his team - Manuel and crew were absolutely amazing. We wanted to do laminate and from the initial consult to the completion of the job the experience has been outstanding. Duane came out to the house, absolutely no pressure and laid out a variety of options that met our desire. He answered any and all questions that were posed. He conducted himself in a manner that is truly not seen much anymore, polite, friendly, and excited about the possibility to meet our needs. There is no doubt K&M will receive any and all of my flooring business in the future. I am thankful we found such a great company.

We're extremely happy with our new hardwood floors. We had them installed on a 45 degree angle and they look fantastic! They paid extra attention to workmanship, finishing touches, and trim work.
