He had great suggestions, and relieved a lot of our stress by taking care of the various transition mouldings. His carpet recommendation was exactly what we were hoping for. Chris also worked diligently to help keep the cost within our budget, mailed carpet samples and kept us constantly informed. Jose and Yerlin did an amazing job installing the laminate flooring. They worked so hard and kept everything cleaned up as they progressed. Oscar and Pablo did an exceptional job removing and replacing the carpet. They were so careful moving all the furniture, which they treated like it was their own. Received quotes from three different vendors. So glad that we selected Concept Flooring. "Bel Floors just completed refinishing all the hardwood floors in my house - about 1800 sq ft. They are engineered hardwood and were quite worn, coming up a number of places and gaps between the ends of many of the boards. They glued down the pieces that had popped, filled all the gaps and after refinishing, the floors look incredible. Eddie is very knowledgeable about the engineered floors and about refinishing. Great on communication each day so I knew what was happening, and where things stood in the project. Everything went smoothly and I'm very pleased with the results."
