They took those pieces and made 'em fit like they were made for my porch. Now, my porch has several imperfections, and the frames were not even. But that didn't stop Roger. He worked around all those bumps and chips, fitting in the screens and plexiglass like a pro. Not a gap in sight when he was done! And let's talk about communication. Roger kept me in the loop the whole time. No fancy jargon or anything, just straight talk about what he was doing and how he was doing it. Made the whole thing feel like a breeze. Now, I know what you're thinking - this must've cost a fortune, right? Wrong! Roger's prices were super reasonable. I mean, considering the top-notch job he did, I would've expected to pay a lot more. So, if you're looking for a contractor, give Roger a call. "The work was fine on 80% of my driveway. However, the area near by garages was poorly done and when I had them come back to repair it, not only did it take months to get them to return they did a mediocre job and when I asked them to do a better job at the repair they said that what they did was the best they could do. VERY DISAPPOINTED as I have to look at their inadequate job every time I walk out my door by the garages."

All the teams working were top quality, respectful professionals who renovated our basement. Titan added in a kitchen, full bathroom, flooring, electrical, lighting, all new plumbing including sump pump and slab cuts. In addition a new HVAC and tankless water heater were installed. "I have never in my entire life had to write a review like the one I am about to write right now. To begin with we had a concrete slab laid at the beginning of Aug. and all we needed was for it to be leveled. We reached out to Aquaguard and Bill set up a date and time to come out and do an evaluation and a quote. Bill stated that they could level the concrete slab with no problems and gave us a quote of an est. 6k. I know that no one in their right mind would pay 6k for a job that was guaranteed by one of their SHAREHOLDERS (Bill) knowing that there was no guarantee it could be done (which is what their stating now.) We had a deadline to have this job completed which couldn’t be met because it is now Oct. and still ongoing. Jerrod and another employee came out on 2 separate occasions and all we have received from this service is UNLEVELED concrete and EXCESSIVE CRACKS AND WAVES. Weeks later 2 managers came out and could clearly see my disappointment because I was literally in TEARS. They said that some jobs they can’t get leveled completely and that they don’t know why Bill would tell us they could and that that’s stated in their contract. He said he would reach out to the general manager to come to a resolution because at this point my concrete slab is just horrific and still not LEVELED by the least. Literally worst than when they started the work. Week later no resolution. I suffer with congested heart failure which I was diagnosed with last Nov.2024 and this is really beginning to take a toll on me. All I want is a DECENT resolution because this is clearly not the service I was expecting to receive and is clearly unacceptable."
