Creative Tag Estate Sale LLC

It was a disaster. Some of my display tables, chairs left with them. The beautiful wreath on my door was gone, a concrete owl in my backyard on a retaining wall was gone and many items that were not for sale were gone. They paid me $2790 and they had a minimum charge of $1500. I had to leave my house for 5 days and was treated very rudely when I returned 1 hour early on last day of sale.

We had to leave our house completely for five days, we were not even allowed in the house. There was no accountability for what they sold and for how much. Any items sold over $100, were to be accounted for. We were supposed to receive an inventory checklist for the items and for how much it was sold for. We did not receive any inventory checklist or spreadsheet. They left the place trashed, they were rude , took things that belonged to us and have not returned them. They presented themselves as working with the fire department, there is a level of brother hood and trust when working with the fire department. I have gone to other auction services presented and there is not a representative in every room. As I am former law enforcement, I feel taken advantage of and at a lost of trust.
