Great. They showed up on time to give estimate for work needing to be done. The workers then started at the agreed upon time and did a great time on replacing a portion of my driveway and replacing part of my retaining wall.

So many good reviews and references, so how could I go wrong? Footprints, globs of concrete all over, scratches and just sloppy overall. Pointed out the defects to owner and was responded with nastiness. Pictures are worth a thousand words but I can't post any here so email me at [email protected]

They had already replaced my retaining wall in August and did a fabulous job. I bemoaned the fact no one would ever see this area and Paul suggested a firepit. I ran with it. He suggested building the patio off the wall, which I'd never seen before, instead of out in the yard. He said the area would have the feel of an outdoor room, which it does. They came out on a Thursday and removed the grass from the area. It had rained a lot so they waited until Monday to pour the patio to give things a chance to dry. After pouring, two guys went on to the next job and two stayed to smooth out the concrete, etc. I figured they would be there for an hour. They were there the rest of the day, smoothing, making the edges pretty, and using a broom to add texture to the concrete to keep it from being slippery when wet. I already had my gas firepit and furniture ready. It was hard to wait for it to completely cure. I love the area, find it so relaxing, and look forward to years of enjoying it. If the need arises for more work of this kind, there's only one place I would call - Driveways R Us.

Forget the rest, just call Paul and his team at Driveways R Us. After doing research and talking with various companies, Driveways R Us was the most knowledgeable and provided the best value and lowest cost. The other companies I spoke with do not provide rebar as an option and their cost was 15 – 25 percent higher nor did they seem as knowledgeable when questioned. The Driveways R Us team showed up when they promised and replaced 8,700 square feet of driveway and parking apron in two days. My driveway is 350 feet uphill then levels off with a large parking apron. They used rebar throughout to ensure the driveway will last for years to come. The Driveways R Us team was extremely professional and made sure the small details were not overlooked, such as open pipes under the driveway to run cable or landscape wire. Once the job was complete, everything was cleaned up and all forms and debris hauled away. The one unknown we had was a sinkhole caused by an old trash pit. Paul was very up front about not knowing what they would find or the cost until they started digging. He was able to price based upon the number of loads in and out. His price per load was again less expensive than his competitors. Fortunately, it was not that big of a trash pit! His final price was exactly what was agreed upon with no hidden charges or addons. I am impressed with the quality of work and his team helped me understand the process as the work was being done. The driveway looks like a million-dollar job!

Fantastic. It took a while to get the stone because the pandemic affected the manufacturers but that was fine. As soon as the stone came in, they started the next day. Demo of the old wall was on day one. It took a total of 8 days, a really big job. The guys were immaculate with their work, taking half a day just making sure the first row of stones was level. I went with poured concrete steps instead of stone. They are perfect. The photo is the finished product. I haven't replanted yet but will in the fall. They did an amazing job. My neighbors are blown away by the quality of work, as am I. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I received bids from 6 different companies specializing in driveway replacement. DrivewaysRUs wasn't the cheapest of the bunch, but they definitely weren't at the high end either. What I was impressed with was the father/daughter team that came out and explained not just how they would replace my driveway, but also about their business and the benefits they could bring to the table. They had a detailed bid proposal which included a clear scope of work, warranty information, and a large list of local references. Their bid called for rebar reinforcement in the driveway rather than just wire mesh like some of the other companies. When it came time for the project, their crew clearly knew what they were doing. They made fast work of my 2400sqft project. The crew was always willing to answer questions from me. They also did a good job of keeping our property and the street in front of the house clean during the process. It's been about 8 months now and our driveway still looks brand new without a crack to be seen anywhere. If I had to choose again, I'd definitely go with DrivewaysRUs a second time.

They were on sight early and had the old driveway broken up and hauled off, with forms prepared and gravel down with rebar ready for the pour next day. Next day they were done and we just needed to let the concrete cure. The staff was courteous and answered every question we had. They were very professional. It looks beautiful now

Overall I thought that they had great customer service, very easy to work with. We made some minor changes as we went along and they were easy to work with. The surface of the concrete is inconsistent up close, however. I would recommend them for smaller jobs.
