"dear client i am sorry for the confusion when we pour concrete we do everything in our hands to prevent it from cracking we used 4000psi concrete with microfiber and rebar thats commercial grade concrete in a residential patio and it still caused a small hairline crack on your concrete sidewalk at this point i can only caulk it to prevent futher damage and if the structure of the concrete becomes damaged i will replace the section this is the same information i spoke with you on 6/21/21 and as stated in our conversation as long as i am business i will gladly caulk the crack and replace your 3x3 section of sidewalk if it becomes structurally damaged. thank you for your business and sorry for the confusion."
"good afternoon i apologize for "failing to show" every customer is priority and every request for a quote is important to us. i cannot recall failing to show or miss a scheduled appointment but i sincerely apologize. have a blessed day."
"good afternoon i apologize for the inconvenience, i use no inferior concrete all my project are either ready mix usa or thomas concrete top of the line concrete companies known worldwide, when you first reached to me a few days after the project was completed i recommended to wait until the concrete finished curing (approximately 30 days)and then pressure wash it hoping that it would remove the dots, but once the 30 days came you called me and told me you did not want me in your property at all, i find this review unfair because i always go above and beyond to assure my customers are completely satisfied with the end result and on this project i was not given the opportunity to do so. i wish yall well and be blessed."
