"The whole team at USA Insulation was a pleasure to work with - I experienced a friendly, professional level of service from the receptionist answering phone calls and scheduling, from the consultant who provided the job estimates, and to the two-person installation team. We only insulated the back addition of the house, for the walls and sub-floor above crawl space. Based on my experience with USA Insulation, I plan to hire them again to finish the rest of the house."

"We had a leak from our roof area and the water damaged the wall near the chimney. After going through Angies list, we called G and G Drywall who had a lot of positive reviews and decided to call for a free estimate.. Mr Green came around that same day and assessed the problem and gave us an estimate which we found to be quite reasonable. We needed to have the roof repaired first and once that was done we called Mr Green and he was able to come out the following week. He gave us an appointment time 8-8.30 am and arrived promptly at 8.20am,
He came with an employee and explained thoroughly what he was going to do. They laid down floor and furniture covering and covered my pictures on the wall with plastic. They were very prepared.
Mr Green started to mark the area of the wall he was going to cut out and once he cut it out, he showed me the damp drywall and old insulation. He treated the area and then proceeded to apply the sheet rock, compound and insulation. Once dried it was primed and painted. You would never believe we had any work done in that area.
Once finished, they started the clean up process and wiped down areas scathed with dust. Left my house as they found it. We will definitely use G and G Drywall services in the future and we highly recommend them,
Thank you G and G Drywall & Paint Svcs

"Atlanta Window Pro and his team were top notch from start to finish. I met AWP team when they came to give me an estimate for replacing my 9 exterior windows in my 2nd story condo. The project manager was well educated about the entire process that you can expect to happen because he took over the business. His experience is 2nd to none and his honest, down to earth approach gave me a sense of security choosing Atlanta Window Pro for my job. The best part, their price was the best quote I received! The home office was great to work with. He helped get me answers for my questions and well as getting me the paperwork in a timely manner. On the day of installation, AWP and the crew were right on time. They were pleasant, quick and efficient and the work was completed in under 6 hours. I couldn't be happier with Atlanta Window Pro. I highly suggest you do your due diligence in looking at other companies, then call Atlanta Window Pro. I promise you won't be disappointed."

"They installed my new units with no problems. The owner came out to supervise the install which I appreciated as he had been the one I had dealt with to arrange everything. He pointed out that I had very little insulation in the attic and gave me a quote on the spot. He was very thorough in explaining things and answering all my questions. The owner and another employee came out a couple days later to put in the insulation. A couple weeks later I woke up to a very cold house. I contacted the owner to find out what was wrong and let him know that the unit would only run for a couple minutes at a time before shutting off, even if it wasn't at the correct temp. They came back out right away, and diagnosed and fixed the problem at no additional charge.
I rated them as 'Good' on professionalism because of one employee who I thought was a bit rude, tacky and unprofessional. Other than him, the owner and the rest of the staff were very pleasant to deal with."

"It went extremely well. The representative was very knowledgeable about the issue (rats getting into crawlspace) and took the time to inspect both the exterior *and interior* of both our crawlspace and attic and design a solution. They also followed up quickly to seal our crawlspace and set up a schedule to come check the traps.

When choosing a professional insulation installer, consider asking these questions to determine the best fit.
Will you address air leaks in my house?
Can you provide an R-value (heat resistance) fact sheet?
What kind of insulation will work best for my home?
How do you handle signs of a water leak?
Are you licensed and insured?
Can you provide customer references?
The best type of insulation for your home depends on what you need, so the answer will depend on your specific situation. If you’re building a house, structural panels are easy to install during the building process in addition to being the most energy efficient type. If you live in a warm climate, reflective insulation may benefit you more as it costs less than other insulation types. And for standard attics, loose-fill, spray foam, or blown-in insulation work well.
If you plan to heat or cool your garage, you’ll need to insulate the garage ceiling. Insulating your garage ceiling will make your garage much more energy efficient and save on heating and cooling costs. Not only does insulation make your garage more energy efficient, it helps reduce noise and can extend the life of your garage roof. You can use fiberglass, cellulose, mineral wool, or spray foam insulation for this project.
In some cases, you may not have enough insulation to properly regulate your home’s temperature. Watch for a few signs your home needs more insulation, such as:
High heating and cooling bills
Uncomfortable room temperatures
Ice dams on the edge of your roof
Roof leaks
Cold floors and walls
Freezing pipes
Temperature fluctuations
Visibly low insulation
Noise problems
Pest problems
On average, insulating an attic costs about $2,500, ranging from $1,500 to $3,500, depending on the insulation type, amount, and your attic’s accessibility. Additional cost factors include sealing air leaks, removal or replacement of insulation, and inspections. Types of insulation include:
Blown-in: $1–$4 per square foot
Spray foam: $2–$5 per square foot
Batt: $2–$4 per square foot
Structural insulated panels: $4–$7 per square foot
Loose-fill: $2–$5 per square foot
Reflective: $0.50–$1.50 per square foot
