I have been using Oasis Landscaping for about 4 years and have always been satisfied with their work. I just had some major landscape work done and as usual they did an out standing job. The staff, especially Taylor Westbrook made sure every thing was scheduled and completed in a timely fashion. If anyone needs landscaping work, I would highly recommend Oasis Landscaping.

The crew was EXCELLENT. They were always on time or early, neat and very courteous. The price quoted was more than fair for the plants we picked out and the hard labor that was required.

Micah’s team does a great job at a very fair price. The services are always completed on time and the work quality is excellent. I highly recommend the Champion team.

We had Oasis come out to our home in early september to look at sodding our yard and fixing the drainage. We told Ross how much $ we had to spend. Ross had a quote out to us in a day or so and once we accepted, we were on the calendar for a late September instal as we had to get the sod down. Ross and Brian (project foreperson) showed up on the day and they got the project completed in the 4-5 day time frame they said it would take. Ross, Brian and Ben are a great team and did a great job on our project. I would recommend them to people looking to do work to their yard.

They were quick and professional.  The replacement took less than 30 minutes.  The vendor helped me set up the new unit and then walked around the house to check out all sprinklers.  He even adjusted a few of them for me. 

We hired Oasis mainly to fix a drainage and water retention issue in our back yard.  Our PRIMARY concern was the ground was wet and soggy, so much so the kids could not use the back yard.  We hired Oasis to re-grade the back yard for a new play area, and then had the are re-sodded.  They assured me that the existing catch basins and downspout drainage were adequate to solve our problem.  I was hesitant, as I felt we had a serious water retention issue in the soil, but deferred to their opinion.  However after they re-graded and re-sodded, the back yard remained swampy for days after a hard rain.  We had already scheduled delivery of a play set for our three kids two months after completion of the project, and when this was installed, the ground looked like a livestock pen.  We called the company, who at first blamed the playground installer (who didn't go into the lower sodded area), however after we reminded them of their "customer satisfaction guarantee," and the problem with water retention...they did come back out and hard rolled the sod.  I brought up the drainage issue again to the supervisor who told me it wouldn't be a problem once the weather got warmer, and the sun would be on the ground longer.  He recommended we aerate the ground and reseed in the spring (which we did).  Fast forward to now (one year later) and the back yard is still a swamp.  All of the standing water eventually killed most of the sod and grass, which has made the mud problem worse.  I installed a french drain myself in the lower level, which has helped tremendously, and have discovered that a large portion of our soil is clay, which drains poorly and hold water for long periods of time.  I have had several different DRAINAGE companies come out who all told me we need to improve the soil quality and install french drain to solve the problem.  I feel that the Oasis company made promises outside of the scope of their expertise, and delivered a really poor final product.
We also had a problem with plants delivered.  We specifically asked multiple times, and put in our contract that we did not want pink azaleas in the front yard.  When I verified what was actually installed, they were all George Tabor azaleas (which are pink!)  We had to call several times to have them replaced with white variety.  We asked for orange flame rhododendrons, which since blooming in the spring, are also pink (they got away with that one).  They also put in the contract that 5 gal. camellias would be planted next to the house, but ended up being probably one gal. (they explained that they had just been pruned, and that's why they appeared small...however I had a friend come by who is a landscape architect, who confirmed they ripped us off for a smaller plants!)
One positive note, however, was that the majority of their crew were very nice and worked hard. The hard-scape pathway they installed looks very nice and functions very well, and we are very happy with our new pathway and steps to the front door.
So overall, our outcome has been very poor, as we spent $13,000, and the only thing that still works well are some of the plantings and the walkway!  We have been very dissatisfied with our outcome, and would not recommended Oasis to anyone who asks.  The company might be OK for hard-scape install and planting (just check what they bring you to put in the ground!), but otherwise I would steer clear.  The only reason why we did not give them and F was the walkway looks and functions nicely.

I have spent around $11,000 in total with Oasis on a backyard irrigation system and subsequent plantings, etc.   First, it takes weeks and weeks to get a quote or response from anyone.   The work in my backyard was fine until the junipers started dying.   I was told they were not properly planted, so they came out to re-plant them (not replace them).   They're still dead or dying but their owner only offered me a $50 refund to buy new junipers to plant myself.   (Junipers that I planted myself at another time on the same bank are thriving, by the way.)    Their work in the front yard where azaleas were planted under an oak tree was sorely lacking.  The charge was outrageous for the six small azaleas and the two cubic yards of soil placed there--$718.
The lack of customer care and responsiveness by Oasis is totally unsatisfactory.   I will never use them again.

The technicians always do what they are supposed to do.  They are polite and knowledgeable about plants and their proper care. The  only issue  I ever have with Oasis is with the office staff who are disorganized. Still the yard crew are so good I am staying with Oasis and recommend them.

Rod Cobb was the landscape professional who designed a written plan for our project, after meeting with us to discuss our vision for our property and our budget. Rod met with us a second time to present his plan and to discuss the plants that he was recommending. After a few minor adjustments we decided to go with Oasis Landscape and Irrigation, based on Rod's professionalism, pleasant personality, and responsiveness to our needs. Our project began and finished on time, and Rod was there throughout the entire yard prep and installation to oversee the process. The few minor issues that came up were quickly addressed (changing out a few plants that were smaller than our expectations, for larger ones), without complaint. The crew that Rod assigned to our project, led by Fabian, were also very professional and did very nice quality work. Any minor placement issues with the plants were corrected in a timely manner. The entire job was completed in a week (5 days), one day ahead of schedule. Our project has only been complete for one week, and we have received numerous compliments from our neighbors on our beautiful new landscaping. Needless to say, we are VERY pleased with the outcome. Thank you Rod and the crew at Oasis Landscape and Irrigation for a job well done. We recommend them without reservation!

For the money, we were expecting to be wow'ed like what you see in those local magazine ads that have landscaping.  Instead, we are very much underwhelmed. They brought out a crew that dug almost everything by hand.  Despite all utilities being marked, they killed my internet service.  So I was down for 2 days while trying to work from home. They planted the cheapest, most immature, small plants and azaleas you could get.  I'm talking about 6-8 inch pots.  Around the deck they added small bushes, about 10 inches in diameter and about 10-15 inches tall.  We also had them mulch the entire yard.  I would estimate that we got about 1 inch of mulch instead of 3 inches (which is proper). So when it rains, you can see the ground.  They installed about $20 worth of ivy that was the small stuff you get at a place like Pikes.  Overall, one of the guys that does interior work on my place said the landscaping looked like a home owner did it on the weekend and should have cost about $500.  In fairness, he wasn't aware of the 2 zones of irrigation and front lights we had them put in.  That did add to the cost. However, we did paid a total of $10,000.   When my wife told them she was not happy, the guy kept saying, "Well, I have to ask my boss" if he could add some more plants.  He added a few small plants, but usually, the answer would come back as 'No'.  We won't be calling them again.

We went with somebody for landscapint and they were on Angie's List called Oasis Landscapes & Irrigation. It went okay, not  real great but okay. We decided not to use them any further this year. Some things weren't getting done as we expected and I  guess that is why we are not going to use them. If needed we would use them again in the future.

The technicians always do what they say they are going to do, perform the work in a timely manner, and always follows through with the job.

Our irrigation system was 30 years old, so the controller was very outdated and every year  some sprinkler heads would fail. They came out and provided an estimate, working with me on designing an upgrade that would help with new shrubbery I'd planted. They were very professional in coming up with exactly what I needed. We went through a couple quote modifications and when the work was done they were very accurate for how long it would take and how much it would cost. Price quoted was higher than some others but felt I could trust their work and I like the Hunter system installed. Only complaint is in working with the office for some other landscape work along with the irrigation work they would not return phone calls or get back to me when said they would.

I was pleased with the job they did and would recommend them.

We had some issues with the pricing because we purchased the special deal.  We went to Angie’s List to get the amount straightened out because we don’t how to use the big deal.  They charged us for the regular price. What happened was difficult to explain but we were able to solve the issue through Angie’s List.  We had to pay for another $20 apart from the $81 because there were some repairs done.   They did what they were supposed to do.

It was okay but I wouldn't recommend them.

Very professional and easy to work with.  Fast.  They have responded immediately with any issues or questions.  Issues: a few areas where clumps of dirt and ruts were left, and in some areas grass is lumpy/not level - like maybe it wasn't rolled out.   I didn't bring the clumps of dirt to their attention - I'm sure they would have taken care of it so that is my fault.  I am still working with them to level out the sod.  Great company

They are a good company to work with. They are very affordable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They showed up on time every day and worked hard. They were also very responsive in giving us the quote. Out of the companies we interviewed, we felt they would give the best value for our money. We had some plants die and some minor gutter work that needed to be fixed, it took them awhile to come out, but they still honored the warranty. Overall, I am very happy with their service.

The grass ended up dying on us and we had to go up to upper management to have this resolved, which a little was disappointing. I also wanted my lawn leveled as well, and they did not acknowledge that. Attention to detail and communication could be improved on.  Other than this, they do good work.

They did a great job. The work turned out exactly how we planned. We wanted to make some changes to the plans and they were very accommodating. We had estimates, and we chose them because I felt they offered the best value. What I paid for, I got the best value. They used quality materials for the job and everything looks very good and I have received compliments. The crew was very professional, clean and neat, and worked hard. The job took about a week. I see no room for improvement with their service.
