We couldn't have asked for a better partner to engage with for our project! This is the 1st home we've built from the ground up and PCH was very patient with us and our 40 questions. As we all agreed in the beginning there is no such thing as a perfect build, speedbumps and challenges are going to happen along the way. PCH was very professional in guiding us through those rough patches. We both shared in the cause and action of those hiccups but we always found a creative solution to get us through. If I were to build another home, PCH would be our first choice! As we were closing in on the completion of the build, we sold the property we were living in and had an aggressive vacate date which we shared with PCH. PCH rose to the occasion and got us into the house so we only had to store our household goods for a very short period of time. One piece of advice I learned along the way is no matter what the estimate to build is, add another 30% to that because the materials cost can change pretty rapidly.
