"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. "This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"We came home one Thursday evening and found our house hotter than normal. It was blowing warm air and the outside unit was not working. Fearing the worst case scenario, I called Corbitt the next morning and spoke with Linda with the answering service. She was very kind and helpful, but told me that they were booked solid for that day and would not be able to come till the next day, which was Saturday. She called back a couple of hours later and said that one of the technicians would be there in a few hours and would call before they came. Heath called us later and was there when he said he would be. Within 10 minutes, Heath had diagnosed and fixed the problem, which made for a very cool, comfortable Friday evening and weekend. This is not the first time Scott, Heath and the crew have been available for our needs. Wouldn't call anyone else."
