Installed condensate pump, successful fix

AC stopped working at around 8:00 at night.  I called Parkers and got the answering service.  I was immediately called back by Jody.  Jody informed me that he was on another call but would call me when he was finished and let me know that he was on the way to my house.  I thought,  he is just saying that but he did in fact call me to let me know he was on the way.  It was great to have a worker stay in contact with me.  It helped to reduce the stress.   When he got there it did not  take him long to figure out what the problem was.  It was a capacitor (I think).   He had the part that was needed to fix the AC with him.  He fixed it fast and even washed out the AC.  Jody was very nice and friendly.  He represented Parkers well.

It went well. Very prompt service to the problem with the old unit and gave me options to repair the old unit or replace with a new one. Advised me to help me make an informed decision. I purchased a new unit and they were prompt and easy to deal with installation. Service at Parkers is excellent.

My a/c drain was stopped up, and water leaked on the floor.  I called Parker's, and a tech came out immediately. His name is Hunter, and he is the BEST.
He cleaned out the drain, explained everything to me in a courteous and professional manner. I was a little confused, because I know nothing about a/c drains.  He took the time to let me know what he was doing, and I greatly appreciated his knowledge and patience.  
This is why Parker's is the BEST, in my opinion.  They consistently do a superb job.  I highly recommend them.  They have serviced my a/c & heating unit for 16 years..

I am extremely pleased with Parker's.  I called after hours, and they sent out a tech to drain my a/c unit.  Water had collected under it, and made the a/c turn off.  It was brutally hot outside, and my home felt like an oven......until the tech came out.  I have a service contract with Parker's, and would recommend them to everyone.  They are the BEST!!!

We got estimates and suggestions from 3 company's for an update on the existing system on a rental house and to add heating and cooling on an addition. Everyone had different ideas but all came in around the same price. Parker's swapped out the existing air handler and compressor and added a ductless system on the addition. From first contact with them to the completion of work, they were prompt, friendly and very professional. Their installers worked without complaint on some of the hottest days of the year. Work was done professionally and they cleaned up and hauled away all trash. I was very pleased and know they will stand behind their work and equipment. I have since signed up to have both my houses serviced by them on a regular basis. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new system or just service.

Jody ( the Parker technician)  explained we had a leak in our coil system that would be almost impossible to find and repair. Our A/c unit is 13 years old.  He suggested adding freon to get me back up and runing for now and his company would call be back with other repair or replace options. About 24 hours after the repair i received a call from Parker's will those detailed options. Parkers A/C meet all of my expectations and i would recommend them to anyone.

Professional from start to finish. Payment plan through my utility company recommended and taken. No interest. Didn't cover entire cost, so Parker's set up remainder over 3 months, no interest.

Our upstairs heat pump unit just ran,but did not heat or cool. Parkers came out and said it was low on refrigerant.They charged the system,and all was well for two weeks. The system then started to cool less & less. They came back out,checked and found a slow leak in the A coil. they replaced the A coil and all has been well ever since. They did not charge us for the second call to the house,or 
 for the second re-charge of refrigerant. They came out promptly and were very professional. we are very satisfied and will recommend them to others.
