Jami is truly AMAZING! She answered all my questions and went above and beyond her requirements to help me as I used them for mold testing at my rental house, and even though she knew I couldnâ t hire them to fix it because I wasnâ t the property owner she still was available for questions and advice. Super nice and the tech was great. Turn around test results were next day! Canâ t say enough wonderful things about them and they alerted me to the very high levels of toxic mold in my rental home helping me have the tools to prove there was an issue that needed fixing to the landlord.

Bobby and his crew were professional, straightforward, friendly, and knowledgeable. Bobby came out to assess the mold in our bathroom. Was very up front about what it would take to fix the problem. Reassured us that we didn t have to replace the whole ceiling (unlike a competitor who came out earlier in the week), that there was no sign of a water problem coming from above the bathroom. Was informative about other services they offered without being the slightest bit pushy, and was able to write out a quote on the spot for us to consider before we made any decisions. We ultimately hired All South to remediate our bathroom mold and clean the air vents throughout the house. Bobby and his team arrived very promptly to do the work, worked quickly,efficiently, and competently. Highly recommend.
