Csaba and Joseph arrived as scheduled and immediately started working to remove the old system and install the new system. They were friendly, kept me informed throughout the process, and responsive to my numerous questions and inquiries. "Technician Mike arrived on time (1:00pm), diagnosed the problem and gave several options to remedy. Given the age of the my system (13 yrs) I opted to replace the entire unit. Mike coordinated with his installation team (Matt and Billy) who arrived by 3:00pm and had the new system installed before 6:00pm the same day. All members of the Service Star team were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional."
