Tom exceeded our expectations. We received quotes from other vendors and decided on Armstrong for our new AC units based on their competitive pricing and professionalism. Tom was patient, knowledgeable and addressed all of our concerns, The installers were punctual and cleaned up after they were done. Tom checked in with us every step of the way and took the time to follow up with us over the weekend to ensure that we were completely satisfied. We definitely recommend Tom and his team. Very pleased.

Exceeded expectations. After receiving quotes from 4 different vendors, I selected Armstrong Air to install new AC/heating/thermostat based on their competitive pricing, professional presentation & fully answering all my questions. Everyone from sales rep Todd to the installers Sam & Javier were punctual, friendly & polite, and cleaned up after installation. Sales rep Todd called the next day to ensure everything was working perfectly. Highly recommend!

From the moment Tom walked in, it has been nothing but absolutely amazing. I wished all projects went this well! He gave great recommendations, never pushed for any updates or unnecessary work. He was knowledgeable and took the time to assess our home for the best fit for us. He checked in often and after the work was completed. The techs are hands down the best I've seen. They were friendly, quick, everything came out perfect....I cant recommend these guys enough. I got several quotes too. This was number one and that's who I ended up going with. Put everyone else to shame lol. Thank you!!

Tom, Fernando and Sam (there was an additional gentleman that installed the compressor but I unfortunately do not recall his name) were great to work with. Tom came to our house the next day and explained the scope of work and the cost. The project was completed on time and on budget, The Installation Team led by Fernando was timely, polite, respectful of our house, and took time to answer any questions. The gentleman that installed the air handler, Sam, was especially nice and took time to explain what he was doing and insured the work was done neatly and professionally. I highly recommend the Armstrong team.

We had several companies give us estimates before hiring Armstrong to replace all our AC units. They were not the least expensive but they were close and gave the best combination of service, price, quality products and responsiveness during the bid process. We are very glad we hired Armstrong as they did what they said they would do in the time they said they would and they took care of some loose ends that showed up during the process even though that wasn t part of the bid. Can t recommend them enough.
