Absolutely WONDERFUL! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was as nice, and helpful as could be.. (I was sobbing when he called.. after a horrific 3 days, and coming home to my house that was 95 degrees inside) He comforted me, and reassured me they would be there, and not to worry any more. And the two gentlemen that came diagnosed the problem immediately! My thermostat wasn't working. The men changed it out, and shortly after that, my AC was blasting. I cannot thank JBC ENOUGH!
